Culture is the bedrock of organizational success! It's not just a checkbox on a to-do list; it's the essence that shapes how we work, collaborate, and innovate. When culture is strong and aligned with purpose and strategy, it becomes the driving force behind every initiative, fostering cohesion and propelling the organization towards its goals.

Great article! All about creating an environment where every employees feel valued, respected, and trusted. For me a big thing is trust and autonomy and without this I feel many companies, organisations are destined to fail. Often we have micromanagement and this can be so damaging Thank you for posting Saima Akram
