Power of Focus, The need to do things consciously, The blessing of Gratefulness

Reflecting on 2020 learnings , born from corona virus and the subsequent mental, economic, social challenges, augmented by the Lebanon unrest ,and the ailing of my mother’s health

I would like to share with my community at large Three thoughts that helped me personally navigate the storm, despite the fear of an uncertain and ambiguous future :

• The power of Focus where it is viewed as the “ability to favor one thought over another” -Make your intelligence and perception work for you and not against you !

Personally, I maintained a clear focus on the positive things in my life and environment ,and crucibles learnings that accelerated my personal growth and resilience . Don’t you think that we all can recognize what is working for us and build on that ?

• The need to do things consciously or  ,”ability to do things on purpose “ away from convulsion, or uncontrolled actions and reactions -Raise awareness and control of your inner peace and destiny !

I decided to try to minimize the impact of outside events that are beyond my circle of influence and improve the way I maintain my inner peace and state of Joy and spread it to my family and friends .

• The blessing of Gratefulness ! Appreciate/Recognize what you have whilst striving for more !

My mother memory is reduced , nonetheless I am celebrating her time with us still to the maximum limit and grateful/counting my blessings every day , repeating to myself with a lot of conviction that :
