I am seeking an experienced General Manager with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and a 👉 Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a highly personalized 👉 luxury environment.Ideal candidates will have operational expertise in small to medium-sized properties, preferably outside of chain hotels, with experience in renovations or 👉 Pre-Opening.

Fluency in English and proficiency in one to two other European languages is essential, along with experience in a multicultural setting.

We are looking for a hands-on leader, 👉 Strong in Sales & Marketing , who is always present, actively engaging with guests and staff, and continually seeking innovative solutions and ideas.The ideal candidate , from Europe, Australia, America, or Turkey, and possesses a tough yet positive “Can Do” attitude with high standards.
