WHAT A BLUNDER/LEGAL PUZZLE: LAHORE HIGH COURT TRANSGRESSED ITS AUTHORITY AGAIN, ON HAMZA SHAHBAZ UNLAWFUL PUNJAB CM OATH TAKING ISSUE?

Worthy audience President /Governor of Punjab is not bound to follow the dictation of the court especially in an unlawful proceeding of the Punjab Assembly held on 16 April 2022 where Hamza Shabazz was forcibly/unlawfully made the CM of Punjab whereas the existing CM (Usman Buzdar) is still in his office & new speaker Punjab Assembly has not yet been elected . It may not be surprised that Hamza election are declared unlawful since opposition has filed ICA to the appex court. Other irregularities are:-

1.      Assembly proceedings were held under police harassment /curfew environment ? That is totally unlawful since police cannot interfere in the Assembly proceedings.It has never happened in the parliamentary history of Pakistan earlier?

2.      Assembly proceedings were held in the visitors' gallery of the Punjab Assembly which is totally unprecedented & unlawful since the Assembly Hall and Speaker podium were available /lying vacant could be made use of./

3.      Under any rule when Chef Minister Resignation was not yet accepted that is to say he was very much in chair,it looks to be highly ridiculous to get a verdict on this issue? How another CM could elected?

4.      Deputy Speaker who conducted voting, his attitude /body langyage and action were totally biased and he was overwhelmed with PDM support or seem totally purchased by PMLN and was very disrespectful to the MPAs of the other side.

5.      There was lot of Ghunda Gardi / vagabound behaviour shown by PDM & Allies MPAs who have beaten CH Pervez Elahi severely and Mrs Asia Amjad MPA to death ,she is still under treatment on the ventilator in the ICU?

6.      Almost 200 persons in civil clothes were taken in the Punjab Assembly to create Hullabaloo in favour of Hamza Shahbaz, who caused terrible TASHADDUD on the other side. Which forced PTI MPAs to quit and save their lives?

7.      It was not a free and fair election since lot of Horse Trading took place and about twenty dissidents members of the PTI were brought in the Punjab Assembly to vote for Hamza Shahbaz.

8.      Lahore High Court earlier decision and todays’ verdict contain few derogatory remarks which tantamount to dictating terms (28 April for oath ceremony) to the Governor Punjab apparently blatrant / undue interference in Punjab Assembly legislative matters /election proceedings?

9.      Recently three benches of LHC for granting permission to Maryam Safdar to move out of Pakistan have been dissolved, the case was then given to fourth bench for disposal but being very hopeless and ashamed of her act convicted Maryam did not pursue the case further? Which shows the malafidy of the case and the PMLN long hands to try to get their will /wish bulldozed through the courts?

Worthy audience it seems obviously impossible to get Hamza to the precious post of CM Punjab at least before Eid-ul-Azha. If it happens it would be last nail in the coffin of the PMLN.Likewise, another big blaster is the news of Sharif family going for UMRAH on State expense? The LHC will take a much uncalculated risk by allowing Maryam to proceed with Shahbaz team? It definitely will open another Pandora box at a time when newly imported PM Shahbaz Sharif has gone nuts and already has opened another Pandora Box of appointment of new Army Chief, himself? What a joke? Let him lick his spit/shit later if he make such a nonsense utterance so prematurely that too without PTI, i.e. the majority Party absence in the Parliament?
