Navigating pressure as a sales leader can sometimes feel like trying to find your way through a maze with a blindfold on. Been there? I sure have. Here's the thing: feeling that pressure is totally normal, but it's also an opportunity to rise above the challenge.

One key strategy that's been a real game-changer for me is embracing a mindset of proactive prioritisation. It's all about focusing on the high-impact activities that will truly move the needle, rather than getting bogged down in the small stuff. What's your go-to method for prioritising when the heat is on?

Next up, let's chat about resilience. In the face of pressure, staying resilient is crucial. How do you and your team bounce back from setbacks? I've found that fostering a culture that celebrates learning from failures and staying adaptable has been a true lifesaver in high-pressure situations.
