Private Practice Ninja Biz Retreat

🏖 This week, Ninja is metaphorically swapping the Samurai sword for the suitcase, as we head off for a week in Brittany, where we’ll be doing lots of walking, combined with our Company annual business retreat. Yes, there will also be some fine seafood and great wine. Of course..! 🦞

Once a year, I think it’s hugely valuable to literally getaway, and take a long weekend (or even a week) out of our hectic clinical schedules, to get some ‘CEO’ time for our Private Practices. They are businesses and they need you, as the leader, to steer how that business grows and shapes itself.

When we’re in the thick of it, we’re often too busy working IN the business, and not working ON the business 🤔

Taking time out, in a different geographical location, means you can literally give yourself the time and space to take a very conscious stock of the state of play of your Private Practice. You can brainstorm what needs to happen in order for your practice to flourish, develop your marketing strategy, and map out your practice next steps ✅ ✅

You don’t need to make this a lavish exercise. I believe that all you need is a hideaway, no patients, some outdoor exercise, good food, and a quiet space without distraction where you can get stuck in!

This works even better if you have a like-minded, clinical biz-chum (or chums) to bounce ideas off.

You can ‘CEO’ in the day, and then have fun in the evenings - there will be some decent 🍷 and laughs after the day's work!
