The PHC methodology has been around for quite a few years in various projects, at various management hierarchy levels and in a variety of countries.

Most recently, from its deployment on two major Middle East projects, we have come to an astonishing conclusion.

The ONLY people interested in PROJECT SUCCESS are the Project Owners and Sponsors.

Please excuse the brevity of this article which is offered as advance notification about the impending launch of PHC to a very exclusive market, the Project Owner/Sponsor.

I would be very happy to hear (privately) from anyone with a controlling role in a Project Owner organization (Total, NNPC, Ma'aden, Tasnee, NLNG, Shell Oil, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Eni ...) or from any 'high net worth' individual who sponsors projects and, like the project owner, has a vested interest in their commercial success.
