Issue Faced:
Monthly Customer Satisfaction Reports, scheduled to be automatically generated and sent at the start of each month, failed to deliver.
Root Cause:
The issue was traced to a cron script managing the Azure capacity required to generate and send the reports.
Solution:
it was found that a cron script managing Azure capacity had failed. The script was fixed, restoring the automatic generation and delivery of reports, ensuring clients received their essential service insights as expected.
