Frederici MONACO of Bondway, London SW8 appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court this morning charged with Theft Shoplifting, contrary to Section 1 of The Theft Act 1968. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a fine of £146.00, required to pay a victims surcharge of £34.00 and ordered to pay £85.00 towards the prosecution costs.
The prosecution was brought by TM Eye as a private criminal prosecution.
MONACO was arrested by Bobbies from My Local Bobby having stolen alcohol from Marks & Spencer, Green Park, Piccadilly on 6th May 2020.
