Dubbing requires a lot of creativity. Giving a voice to someone else or even doing a simple voice over needs to be very convincing for the audience to believe that the sound is the same person's. Further, the expressions of the voice need to match and everything should be in sink. The process is complicated and requires high level of artistic skills. India is blessed to have some of the very talented dubbing Artists whose creative skills have amazed us all.

1. Rajesh Khattar

An actor for various blockbuster films like DON, Race 2, Khiladi 786, Manjunath and Gang of Ghosts, Rajesh Khattar has dubbed more than 100 foreign films in Hindi. He has been the voice behind several famous Hollywood celebrities like Tom Hanks, Hugh Jackman, Robert Downey Jr., Nicolas Cage, Johnny Depp, Lambert Wilson The Rock, and Michael Fassbender. He is very well versed with Hindi, English, Punjabi and Urdu. The actor, screenwriter and dubbing artist is well-known for his Hindi voice as Captain Jack Sparrow, Ghost Rider, Shrek and Iron Man.

2. Mona Ghosh Shetty

A specialist in dubbing for teenage, young adult and middle-aged female characters, Mona Ghosh Shetty has been dubbing in Hindi for more than 15years. She has been the voice behind many celebrities like Cameron Diaz, Angelina Jolie, Kirsten Dunst, Halle Berry, Zoe Saldana, Kate Beckinsale, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Drew Barrymore, Deepika Padukone Jacqueline Fernandez, Katrina Kaif, Nargis Fakhri and many others. She professionally dubs in English, Hindi, Bengali and Oriya. But if the need arises, she can dub in all the 10 official regional languages under the guidance of a supervisor. She runs her own dubbing studio in Mumbai named Sound & Vision India and is a very eminent artist in her field.
