Good presentation on green buildings particularly retrofitting. Many like us having 35 edu institutions in shimoga karnataka are desirous of going green, but not knowing how to proceed. CII and similar entities can guide and do the hand holding to NGOs like us who may not have much need for external funding. Suggest start with large/chain of structures in edu field who may willingly go for green initiatives.
