Many of his men were barefoot. The night of his departure, a noréaster blew in, with 35 MPH winds, snow sleet and hail. He was told not to go, the river was too high to cross.

.After he had crossed, you could follow the 8 mile path he took by the blood in the snow from his barefoot troops.
He defeated the British garrison 'by surprise, they never thought anyone would attack in that weather. and this was the turning point of the war.
Washington spent 7 and a half years on horseback fighting the Revolutionary war.
Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered.
Today, we have a new tyranny arising in America, liberal Marxism under the democratic party threatening our great nation.
What will we, true Americans, do about it ? Will we fight it at every turn, will we rebuke it, will we win, will we be worthy of our Great Nation and our Great Founder who founded America under God, George Washington ?
Or will we cower in our homes and let tyranny conquer us, destroy our freedom, our humanity, wither our souls and crawl into the hell of Tyranny on our knees ?
So what exactly are you made of ? Are you worthy of so Great A Nation ? Then fight without ceasing, no matter the cost.
