Food is fun. I'd like to be Your Favorite Chef! Tonight's dinner: pub burgers! My favorite way is to do taco pub burgers. I think this would be a great thing to serve if I had my own little international dive... 2# ground beef

Juice of 3 or 4 limes

3-4 TBS cilantro

2-3 TBS cumin

1-2 TBS garlic powder

1 TBS chili powder (optional)

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp each red pepper flakes & fresh ground black pepper

1 egg for binding

Sautee onions, green bell pepper & mushrooms in olive oil, salt & pepper.

Mix well, form into 8 patties. Grill or broil on each side until the desired doneness. About 2 minutes before done, put a slice of chihuahua cheese on each burger.

On the bottom bun, put lettuce, thinly sliced tomato & avocado. Place your taco burger on top, then your sauteed veggies, and your favorite salsa or pico de gallo & enjoy!
