We are currently looking for a "PV EPC Business Development Manager". This role requires someone who is passionate about renewable energy, proactive, and ready to make a difference. If you think you are the right person, we are waiting for you!

📌 What would your main responsibilities be?:

Reporting directly to the BD Director, he/she will perform the following main functions:

  • Develop and implement a strategic EPC business development plan in Italy.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities. Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the EPC business.
  • Identify potential projects tenders, or requests for proposals (RFPs) that align with the company's expertise and capabilities. Evaluate project feasibility, risks, and profitability.
  • Pursue opportunities from origination to contract signature.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, requirements, and long-term goals. Regularly engage with clients to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to develop accurate cost estimates, project plans, and technical solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams during the pre-construction and execution phases.
  • Support in the qualification of new customers and signing of commercial agreements (NDA, MoU, LNTP, EPC, O&M, etc).
  • Give visibility to ELMYA EPC in Italy attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote the company's services.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze business development activities.

📌We are looking for candidates who bring:

  •  C1 English level
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in PV EPC business development in Italy sales, within the PV EPC industry.
