DORMAN LONG ATTENDS THE ROCKWELL AUTOMATION FAIR

The Automation Fair by Rockwell Automation was a successful event that brought together some of the most influential figures in the industry. In attendance were Dr. Timi Austen-Peters, Chairman of Dorman Long Engineering Limited, Mr. Dominic Molloy, Director at Sensia Global, and Mr. Gbolahan Lawal, MD of GIL Automation, Nigeria.

The fair presented an opportunity for attendees to learn about the latest advances in automation technology and to network with other professionals in the field. There was an extensive array of exhibits and demonstrations on offer showcasing the latest products and services from Rockwell Automation and other leading companies.

DORMAN LONG ATTENDS PRACTICAL NIGERIAN CONFERENCE PNC 2022

The Practical Nigerian Conference (PNC) is an annual event held in Nigeria that brings together participants in engineering, oil and gas sectors, and related industries for an exhibition and a conference. The conference provides a platform for these companies to showcase their products and services, network with potential clients and partners, and discuss the latest trends and challenges in the industry.

PETAN'S NEW OFFICE IS CELEBRATED BY DORMAN LONG

The opening of PETAN's new edifice was a much-anticipated event within the Nigerian oil and gas industry. The event did not disappoint. The ceremony was attended by many of the biggest names in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. Our Chairman, Dr. Timi Austen-Peters was present at this epoch-making event.

The new edifice is a state-of-the-art facility and will serve as the headquarters for PETAN, the association of Nigerian Indigenous Technical Oilfield service companies in the upstream sectors of the oil industry.  The building is a testament to the association’s commitment to bringing together Nigerian Oil & Gas entrepreneurs to create a forum for the exchange of ideas with the major operators and policymakers. During the ceremony, the Chairman of PETAN delivered a speech highlighting the importance of the oil and gas industry to Nigeria's economy and the role that the association plays in driving growth and development and Nigerian content in the sector. He also expressed his thanks to the many partners and supporters who have contributed to the success of PETAN over the years.

Events at the opening of the new edifice included a tour of the facility, during which attendees had the opportunity to see firsthand the impressive technology and amenities that it offers.

DORMAN LONG ENGINEERING END-OF-YEAR CELEBRATION

The end-of-the-year celebration for Dorman Long Engineering Limited was a memorable one for all staff members who were in attendance. The event, which took place in December, was a celebration of the company's successes throughout the year and a way to appreciate and recognize the hard work and dedication of the staff. The highlight of the event was the raffle draw, which saw a hundred staff members go home with cash prizes.

The raffle draw was a way to show appreciation to the staff members who had worked tirelessly throughout the year. It was a way to thank them for their contributions and to let them know that their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. The raffle draw was a huge success, and the staff members who won prizes were ecstatic. The event was also a partial celebration of the load-out of MADU CSP, an oilfield platform recently constructed by the company. The successful completion of this project was a testament to the company's expertise and capabilities in the engineering, fabrication, and galvanizing industry.
