Ramón Arroyo, diagnosed of multiple sclerosis, is one of the four persons in the history with this disease that has finished an Ironman. "100 metros" film is based on his heroic deed.

His book, "Rendirse no es una opción", has inspired me to face challenges both in personal and professional life, and is my main quote.

I’ve recently known that I will have the honour to meet him in Madrid in the next months.

I strongly advice you to read his book. Among many things, it teachs you how to mentally achieve such a challenge, that is what we do in our professional life, do our best to reach our objectives.
