Questions YOU should ask at the end of your interview
Hey job seeker,
I don’t often speak in absolutes, but today I have something important to share with you.
It’s an article created by my friend and Career Coach, Diana Alt .
It’s something I like to think of as one of those “must-reads” when it comes to interviews.
Why? Because as much as your employer is interviewing you, YOU are also interviewing THEM. The quality of questions you ask can make the difference between accepting a job that treats you well, or accidentally ending up stuck in a bad workplace situation.
Talk next week.
Best,
Tali
PS: I made a series about some of the other types of questions you can ask at the end of an interview. Click any of these subjects to check out the corresponding short video: Clarify the role | Management style | Team dynamics | Growth & development | Performance expectations

3moImportant topic for sure! I love to ask “thinking about your last 2-3 big feature releases…. where did the idea come from?” This shows me if the organisation is TOP-DOWN, BOTTOM-UP or somewhere in between. The importance of the questions, Tali, is undoubtable. I literally got picked over another candidate before because the hiring team felt that “my questions were in another league”.
