THE SCIENCE OF FAIR PAY | Who pays workers better?

Two main factors typically influence fair pay: the market supply and demand for talent and employee needs. But the personal decisions of managers -- when assessing wages -- has also been found to impact pay.

Bengaluru re-affirms its status as the 'Silicon Valley of India' with 13 of the top 25 startups headquartered in the city. Some new names have also entered the list. Nirajita Banerjee , Managing Editor for LinkedIn News India, noted: "The Indian startup ecosystem displays great resilience as we continue to see the rise of new startups, with 68% of entrants on the list appearing for the first time.
