I am a firm believer of the growth mindset. While most of us may not be born with outstanding intellect, we can still choose to adopt a mentality of life-long learning.

As opposed to the fixed mindset, a person with a growth mindset believes that our strengths and abilities are not cast in stones, and with enough effort and hard work, we can improve ourselves overtime.

One element that is distinct in the growth mindset is attitude. Attitude is the lens through which we see the world. It forms our primary belief system, guiding our every action.

I believe that there is great potential waiting to be uncovered inside all of us. All it takes is a good attitude and a shift in mindset.
