Thank you, dear readers; this 27th edition marks the end of this newsletter in its current form. Maybe a few of you know, but I shifted careers from growth hacking to growth engineering. Since I always follow my curiosity, including you on my journey to perfecting my craft makes sense.
Short backstory: I have learned the code myself since 2017 and learned a lot about how programming isn’t explained well to us marketers; being good with people isn’t often correlated with being good at logical reasoning.

WHAT: Sentiment analysis is using computer vision to analyze digital text to determine if the emotional tone of the message is positive, negative, or neutral.
WHY: Your audience gives so many hidden gems within their comments, communities, and reviews, which are hard to process if you have to go to hundreds of pieces of data. Using sentiment analysis, rapidly optimize your product or service with customer feedback, you can optimize chatbots, lead nurture flows, content idea generation, enhancement of readers' intent, etc.
