Ready for the Change?

Ready for the Change?

We are now in a pivotal moment in time where we see who adapts and remains resilient in these changing times.

No matter who was in charge, there were going to be significant changes here in America, especially in the workforce.

Now is the time to make plans and look into realistic outlets to continue marching forward.

For the general workforce, you will need to keep up with the regulatory changes to labor policies to tax codes. We may see more gaps in hiring, lowered productivity, and more stress due to unclear goals due to these changes, but this is where Change, Risk, and crisis management come into play.

Change- Planning for the changes to come and support will be needed

Risk- What risks will come from these new policies?

Crisis- Worst-case scenario planning

The key players to assist here would be an HR Specialist, a Compliance Consultant, and a Process Consultant (like myself).

While these roles are similar, these team members can help to ensure that you are consistently on top of what's happening, having plans created, and things being implemented and executed in the company.

This is the perfect time to hire one (or all) of these positions to ensure you are ahead in 2025.

What changes are you making as we head into 2025?

Yes, Adriana. Change management is crucial because without it, there is a risk of resistance or crisis because of the resistance leading to high turnover.
