Ready, Get Set..... Go!


We are all taking off from our starting blocks and racing toward the finish line again. A New Year and new resolutions to make this year better. Like a foot race preparation is everything. If you expect to win or even place well don't think it happens without practice, hard work and resolve.

Marketing is the same mindset and your success or failure depends on your willingness to do all the fundamentals and hard work. Property Managers work very hard to keep their occupancy rate up to the company's standards. It is probably one of the main goals for them at all times. The problem is there are peaks and valleys from month to month that make it difficult to keep the rate up on a smooth monthly basis.

Just like any sales the issue is not something you can easily change in the moment. You need to be proactive and market even when it's good because that is when you can best afford to take the time and make the effort. Once your in the valley there is little you can do to change it.

Even one program isn't enough though.
