Who is a PropBLITZ Pro ?

PropBLITZ Pro is a real estate agent/broker/professional who is a part of the PropBLITZ team. He/she could be a freelancer or with an office.

Who can become a PropBLITZ Pro ?

A real estate agent/broker/professional or a qualified person with experience in sales. Should have a vehicle and a smartphone/laptop. Age no bar.

How to become a PropBLITZ Pro ?

1. Signup as a PropBLITZ Pro on PropBLITZ. 

2. Update your profile/business profile. Must upload your profile snap.

3. Update your specialities.

We will review your profile. If there is no profile pic or incomplete profile/specialities, it will be outrightly rejected and will be deleted. Shortlisted agents/brokers/professionals will be connected on phone for a brief interaction , and may be called for a personal meeting. If found suitable , he/she will be allowed to work as a PropBLITZ Pro.

How PropBLITZPro will get work/leads ?

PropBLITZ Pro has a system of online lead allotment. A PropBLITZ Pro will be allotted a newly launched project, society or a resale listing ( we deal only in exclusive mandated properties for sale ). We will do regular digital campaigns to generate leads through various sources. The PropBLITZ Pro will be required to contact the lead immediately and will be required to update his/her lead progress on daily basis.

All the required paperwork or any legal modalities ( resale agreements etc ) will be done by PropBLITZ corporate. Follow up for commission payment with the client will be the responsibility of PropBLITZ Pro.

Is it a job or commission opportunity ?

PropBLITZ Pro works purely on commission basis with us. It's not a job.
