"Real Estate Sector" Conference Explores the Role of the New Administrative Capital in Egypt's Economic Future

Engineer Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of The Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), highlighted the achievements of the New Administrative Capital project during the "Decision Makers: Real Estate Sector '' conference, held in its third edition on Wednesday November 29. Engineer Abbas emphasized that the New Administrative Capital represents a realized dream.

In just seven years since its inception, the New Administrative Capital has developed into a hub of modern technology and an important financial center for Egypt's future. This project stands out as a unique achievement due to its clear vision, ambitious commitment and consistent effort.

The New Administrative Capital offers a golden opportunity for investment, creating a modern sustainable urban environment that attracts local, regional and international companies and organizations. Foreign investors will be given the opportunity to invest in real estate projects focusing on different sectors.

Engineer Abbas stressed that the New Administrative Capital Project is aimed at improving the quality of life for citizens. Encouraging residents to move to the new capital is facilitated through easing financing for housing units, coupled with strong infrastructure and transportation systems connecting it to different parts of the country.

The New Capital is home to the development of green energy and innovation. It also eases pressure on Cairo, one of the most congested capitals in the world.

The meeting was attended by representatives of government agencies and corporate executives in the public and private sectors. Their discussions revolved around challenges facing the real estate sector and offered recommendations in order to solve global crises affecting the Egyptian market.

أقيمت اليوم الأربعاء 29 نوفمبر 2023، فعاليات مؤتمر صناع القرار: القطاع العقاري في نسخته الثالثة. حيث قام المهندس/ خالد عباس رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية، بإلقاء الضوء على إنجازات مشروع العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، مؤكداً أن المشروع يعد بمثابة حلم تحول إلى حقيقة

ففي خلال سبع سنوات فقط على انطلاق المشروع، أصبحت العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة ملتقى للتقنيات الحديثة، ومركز اقتصادي مهم في مستقبل مصر. حيث يشكل مشروع العاصمة الإدارية الادارية، فرصة ذهبية للاستثمار، مع توفير بيئة حضرية حديثة ومستدامة، تعمل على جذب الشركات والمؤسسات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. أيضاً يتيح مشروع العاصمة الجديدة، للمستثمرين الأجانب الفرصة لضخ استثماراتهم في مشروعات عقارية تهتم بتوفير خدمات متنوعة

وأشار المهندس/ خالد عباس، إلى أهداف مشروع العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، من تحسين جودة الحياة للمواطنين، وتشجيع الإقبال على العاصمة الجديدة، من خلال تسهيل التمويل اللازم للوحدات السكنية، وتوفير بنى تحتية قوية وشبكات نقل تربطها بمختلف المناطق والمدن 

كما يعتبر مشروع العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة مركزاً لتطوير الطاقة الخضراء والابتكار، وذلك لتخفيف الضغط على القاهرة، أكثر العواصم ازدحاماً في العالم
