As we reflect on 2024, it's impossible not to feel inspired by the power of community. The CXR network, made up of over 100 companies spanning industries across the globe, continues to thrive as a dynamic ecosystem of talent acquisition leaders, practitioners, and changemakers. With no single industry accounting for more than 10% of our membership, we’ve created a space where diverse perspectives come together to reshape our industry one conversation, meeting, and shared insight at a time.
2024: A Year of Connection and Growth
This year, the importance of community came to life in tangible and impactful ways. From launching formal research initiatives—delivering insights on critical topics like AI in TA, ethics, and conflicts of interest, to exploring the ever-evolving dynamics of employer branding and recruitment marketing—to hosting 168 meetings and events across digital and physical spaces, the commitment and involvement of our members have been nothing short of remarkable. These initiatives benefit a growing network of over 6,000 current and alumni members, who thrive through the countless discussions and participation points that define this unique and thriving community.
