Redefining LinkedIn: Letting go of AI and creating an authentic Social Media Platform
Tonight, as I walked back from church, I was brainstorming my birthday public social media post—as I slowly but surely learn to become a more sound public figure. I am not allowed to divulge details; however, LinkVerse is soon getting investment that will aid Microsoft in building a safer social media platform. Even if I don't get this set of investments, there will be plenty more in the pipeline through radical innovation investment strategies that I am developing through deep research in Emotional Intelligence. I profoundly argue that I am now one of the top experts in this field, both on this platform and the world over, even surpassing the great Daniel Goleman —not from an academic perspective, but more through lived experience, as I live with a complex condition called non-epileptic attack disorder.
I just wiped my eyes again, as Tuesday is going to be really hard without my mum here to say "Happy birthday." She carried me for nine months, and I was not the best son in the world, but she was my mama. As I got older, I did become a good son, and bless her heart, despite all the racism we received as a family in Dagenham in the late '80s, that woman carried us all.
LinkedIn today is too focused on AI, and it seems that we are drifting into dark waters with AI affecting every single job on the planet, including how we communicate with each other.
LinkVerse attempts to be more aligned with human values by recognizing the talent of writing and making connections at the same time. I am not sure how long it will take to build, but I know I must try, as that is the task God has given me: to lower global suicide by 30% by 2030. Yes, I know it’s a monumental task, but nothing is impossible with God.

I am a born-again Christian, as most know, as it is clearly labeled on my profile. My desire is not wealth but to serve God and share the gospel as a servant leader.
Yes, no social media platform is perfect, including LinkedIn , and it's not the tech giants; it's us humans. Our hearts will deceive us.
I am putting a lot of hours and time into this monumental build and will surely need lots of help—not just capital, but more empathy for the lives we could save and better systems of journalism and other business practices that LinkVerse will host.
