How to REDUCE bad HABITS in 30 days or LESS?
I always pay attention 100% and actively seek everyday as to why successful and happy people are different from most. I ask why they can produce faster positive results.
If I ask you only one question: What do you really want in your life? I bet you will say, "I want a good quality of life" - right?
When I researched this subject, I found "Quality of life" is the sum total of several things: Your health, your happiness, your vitality, leisure, and income, to name a few.
Your habitual thoughts will sometimes ask you: "How can I improve the quality of my life by improving my habits?" The answer is - you already know. You have to eliminate bad habits and form good ones. You already have within you all the answers. They're inside. Your brain can be likened to a programmed computer. When you find the answers you want, you will find them easily - right?
Well, maybe it's not that easy.
The truth of the matter is we've all got those questions and answers in our heads as to why we don't change habits easily. It's called denial. It's called rationalization. The reason is in our subconscious and habitual mind sets. So let's look at a solution.
We know we can control our breathing for short period of time. By this method, we can eventually lose conscious focus and let our subconscious mind take over our long-held emotional-dictated habits. We can circumvent our conscious thinking and go more directly into our unconscious mind's processes.
You've probably heard a lot of people talk about how to achieve goals and realize dreams. You hear about this every day. It's commonplace. This is where we're to use conscious effort to work towards results. The reality is, whether there are good or bad feelings or habits constantly running in our sub-conscious minds. For example: feelings of anger, stress, depression etc., conscious effort won't work in eliminating these because of our consistent - subconscious mind pattern being ingrained deeper. Using willpower alone is ineffective. This is why I share with you a Hypnosis technique that will help you make the shift - without the battle of WILLPOWER Vs CONDITIONING.
If you can consciously control your breathing for short period of time, eventually you will lose alertness at the conscious level. By accessing your subconscious, you will take control of your long-term emotional reactions (Habits and Addictions) You can successfully use this technique for a short period of time. However your consistent ingrained patterns will come back. It takes a bit more than this.
I think most of people don’t go deep enough. They don't delve into their hearts, their souls to find out the truths as to what they want in life. Apple Founder Steve Jobs said " Your time is limited, so don't it waste in living someone else's life." We need to heed that advice
Positive Psychology Research found that without our knowing at depth the purpose and vision of our lives, we can’t push through really hard times. When we face challenges, we don't know how to respond appropriately. We find ourselves struggling and worrying and end up with negative feelings and emotions. At the end of the day - not happy.
What are Bad Habits?
In this article bad habits are those habits which prevent us from accomplishing the goals we desire to reach. Often they will waste our time, energy and money
Example 1: If you’re planning to lose 20-30 pounds through hard work and you are in the process of making good habits, you can gain those pounds back any time. You can do this by simply letting the old habit of choosing to eat the triple Macdonald burger rather than having a salad. Or you can decide against that 7-8 hours of good sleep and 1-2 hours of going to gym regularly.
Example 2: If you smoke when you get stressed, then your mind is triggering and thinking 'cigarette' all the time when you get stressed - right? So you keep on smoking and what happens? Less than optimum health is the minimum result. The long term results..? You know what they can be... So you need come up with a different way to deal with stress. You know it, so do it!
Example 3: If you are opening your email inbox or going into Facebook when you wake up first thing in the morning. You're losing a lot of Creativity Time. You're losing productivity time. You're paying attention to that which you don't particularly want. The result, at times feelings of being overwhelmed and or stressed. All because of a habit which has become unthinkingly ingrained.
Before you begin to change or create a habit, think very carefully and deeply about what the new habit will do. Imagine what the consequences will be. Firstly imagine, you are strong enough, you are capable to change and control the way you want things to be - because you are. There is always a way to accomplish what you desire.
As Anthony Robbins said, "there's always away - if you're are committed" Or
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, it is not an act, but a HABIT", "
Will Durant
How to create BELIEFS and HABITS?
1. What you => Seeing x Hearing x Feeling everyday x Repetitions = BELIEFS (Good/Bad)
2. What you => BELIEFS x Experiencing everyday x Repetitions = HABITS (Good/Bad)
3. What you're talking => Consistent HABITS x Daily Actions = RESULTS (Good/bad) (Adopted from Power of Believe Habit, JOHN ASSARF)
How habits that you may not be aware of affect your life
Now you may be thinking about how negative habits the impact of your life. Take a moment and assess this. Ask yourself and answer the following questions:
Question 1: What destroys my confidence and lowers my self-esteem?
Question 2: What makes me angry almost every day?
Question 3: What are the costs of negative thinking to my health? Career? Peace of mind? Relationships?
Question 4: What obstacles prevent me getting what I want?
Let's assess carefully and write all the costs if you don't change now —What specifically have you been neglecting? What loss have you suffered? What problems have developed because of what you didn't do? Don’t worry about writing complete sentences. No need to be perfect. Let your creativity flow.
Jot down on paper or phone whatever you like. I want you to look at what opportunities you missed because you did not change bad habits to good habits. Remember, you are the only one can manage yourself when it comes to self-analysis.
Now look to the future. Think about your current bad habits. What will they continue to cost you if you don’t change them? Think about your life in 5 years, 10 years, or maybe even 20 years from now. What will you miss out on again because of current bad habits and beliefs? Close your eyes and imagine missing out on a great opportunity in the future - because your bad habits.
Feel your pain caused by that missed opportunity. Are you really going to hold and keep your bad habits? Or do you really intend to remove them? Recognize what bad habits have cost you - and what they will continue to cost you if you don't change.

Let me introduce about SELF-HYPNOSIS, HYPNOTHERAPY AND HYPNOSIS
What is SELF-HYPNOSIS?
SELF-HYPNOSIS is a technique designed to bring about desired changes in feelings or behaviour. It involves thinking or listening to positive messages, known as auto-suggestions, while in a state of deep relaxation. In a deep state of relaxation, the mind is more open to change.
What is HYPNOTHERAPY ?
The difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy, Imagine, hypnosis as a TOOL and hypnotherapy as the use of a TOOL. HYPNOTHERAPY is the practice of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes. The hypnotic trance state is a flexible tool for solving mental and physical health problems. In hospital, mental health and medical professionals use hypnotherapy. e.g. Helping people to quit smoking or reduce overeating by focusing their minds and suggesting healthier behaviour.
What Is HYPNOSIS?
Most people DO NOT believe that hypnosis is real. They have seen movies, or a poor stage show, or a guy on TV walking around as if they have power over people on stage. This is so far from the truth of hypnosis it's not funny.
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that everyone experiences every day, Often more than once. Have you ever tried talking to someone who is watching TV and found it hard to get attention? This is naturally occurring trance stage.
Here's the legal definition
Hypnosis is the bypass of the critical faculty; the accepting of selective thinking, thoughts, concepts and ideas that is okay by you and consistent with your values.
DEMOLISHING Bad Habits using Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a very effective way to re-program your inner mind to replace bad habits with good habits. It also helps behaviour modification. Result-oriented. Hypnosis integrated with NLP strategies helps clients change to a different mindset and thereby get results faster.
When you are relaxing in deep trance you will effortlessly absorb a brand new, powerfully generated pattern-making process and enter directly suggestions to your subconscious mind. Thus, new behaviour patterns are created and embedded.
Hypnotherapy can suggest that your sub conscious mind be programmed with new empowering beliefs that can help you in demolishing your BAD HABITS (Limiting belief). For example: They may suggest to your subconscious mind that smoking increases stress and anxiety, and this new belief will reduce desire to smoke.
Most people make the error of trying to demolish a bad habit directly without considering its root cause. As a result, they do not get the results they're after.
It is vital to fix this root cause of the problem. Hypnotherapy definitely helps to create good habits, especially in conjunction with NLP.
CHANGE = Your Conscious mind + Subconscious mind wanting the same things at the same time.
