Reflection Ahead of 2023

I hope you’re all having a wonderful holiday season, and I wish you a happy New Year! 2022 taught us all a lot. I would like to take a moment to congratulate the Rose International Team for Making It Happen, point out the 2022 events that strengthened us all and look ahead to 2023.

I’m proud of our team for accomplishing one of the most impactful years in Rose International history. Despite tumultuous economic times, the company is stronger than ever before. Helping Americans find the right jobs and building more diverse and equitable job and supplier landscapes are essential. Collectively, Rose International team members continue to make this happen every day by helping job seekers find fulfilling jobs. Among other big moves, members of our team celebrated joyous occasions in 2022, including weddings and welcoming new children into their families. We have a lot to celebrate, both professionally and personally.

Together, we navigated a changing world of work and helped thousands of people find employment that allowed them to succeed while sustaining themselves and their families. Rose International received recognition from Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the 2022 Largest Staffing Firms in the United States. The Rose International Deployment to Employment Team helped thousands of veterans find meaningful jobs. I’m proud of how our team is passionate about climate change and helped plant 10,000 trees. Throughout 2022, the company supported noble causes and over a dozen charities. Thank you to everyone at Rose International and congratulations on your hard work!

This year, many trends and events impacted the world of work and all of us. The great reshuffle, hybrid work, burnout and quiet quitting were some workplace trends we encountered in 2022. Further, supply chain issues, inflation, interest rate hikes, hiring slowdowns and layoffs altered a continually shifting work landscape. Global and macro events impact the world of work and everyone in it. I encourage you to continue following my blog and make a resolution to continue thriving in 2023.

Thinking about the future and setting goals is beneficial, but so is reflecting on the present. Examine the areas where you experienced success and pull from them to find lessons to apply in the future. Did you have missteps this year? Everyone did at some point, and that’s normal. Take those as opportunities for continuous improvement and personal development.

For those looking to grow in their careers, I encourage you to maintain a success mindset and constantly seek opportunities to develop professionally and personally. To all who read and engage with my blogs, thank you. I know you’ve been Making It Happen in 2022 and will continue to do so in 2023.
