Organisation's must also provide safe spaces where individual's feel confident enough to raise issues internally and actively promote an equitable workplace, openly challenging misogyny. This is how trust, safety and integrity of an organisation or company is earned. Punishing whistle-blowers is counter productive to building organisational trust and safety.

The film's portrayal of the repercussions faced by whistle-blowers aligns closely with the realities I witnessed among the women I supported, who often found themselves navigating a treacherous landscape of emotional and psychological fallout.

However, while “She Said” effectively highlights the struggles faced by many victims, it does not fully encompass the additional barriers that women with other protected characteristics, such as race, disability, sexual orientation, and those facing Islamophobia, often encounter. Discussing these issues can lead to further ostracisation and reprimand, silencing vital conversations about the plight of these marginalised individuals.

Yet, it is crucial to acknowledge that some women may partake in the victimisation campaigns against others to advance their own interests or careers, perpetuating a toxic environment that silences survivors further.

This complicity among peers can create an even more hostile climate for those who bravely come forward, underscoring the need for collective accountability and support from all individuals, regardless of gender.
