Reliability requires Stability - Part 1: My drawing version of the Anti patterns

The therapy for this weekend: illustrating the common forces that contribute to our systems fail. These anti patterns will create, accelerate, or multiply cracks in our systems. So, I hope to keep these drawings in mind to avoid them! :)
