Remember to Breathe!!

Remember to Breathe!!

Before so many people experienced anxiety, there was simple stress which often showed up as emotional reactions, a racing heart and too tired to think. Now we add anxiety which is not simple and not healthy and our tendency is to stop breathing easily and deeply.

If you are experiencing more than you think you can handle, stop for a few moments and breathe deeply. At least 3 times and hold your breath a bit on the last breath.

Your body feels cared for and safe when you can breathe through the tough moments. Set your phone alarm for several times a day to remind you to breathe. You will notice a difference in your reactions and stress when your breath/body can count on your breathing well.
