A tribute to a Nobel soul!

The 10th Commemoration Day of the late Shri Bhaskar Rao Garu was marked by a grand celebration, attended by an impressive gathering of approximately 5000 individuals. This diverse group comprised family members, faculty, staff, and students from nine different colleges, all coming together to honor the memory and legacy of the esteemed founder.

The event was graced by the presence of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Cheena Jeeyar Swamy Ji, who spoke highly of the JB Group's dedication to advancing the visionary ideas of their founder. He highlighted Shri Bhaskar Rao Garu's unwavering commitment to social service, philosophy, and philanthropy, noting his remarkable resilience and positivity in the face of adversity as qualities worthy of emulation.

In a significant tribute to excellence, three distinguished individuals from the fields of literature, science, and industry were bestowed with the Bhaskar Excellence Award. The recipients, celebrated for their outstanding contributions, included Dr. Seshagiri Rao, a renowned cardiologist from Apollo Hospitals; Mr. Mahesh Reddy, the CMD of AMR Group; and Shri Sriman Chalamacharla Venkata Seshacharyulu Garu, a proficient Sanskrit scholar and recipient of the Panditpuraskar Award and the Best Teacher award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The ceremony also featured heartfelt addresses from key figures of the JB Group. Dr. Deepika B delivered an emotionally charged welcome speech, while Shri JV Krishna Rao Garu, Secretary of JBES and Vice President of JBREC, spoke about the group's commitment to innovation and management transformation, continuing the legacy of their founder.

Adding to the dignitaries on the dais were Sri J. Vamshidhar Rao Garu, Secretary of the Joginpally BR Educational Society & Vice President of the JB Educational Society, and Sri Dr. B. Ram Mohan Rao Garu, Advisor Member of Bhaskar Medical College & Bhaskar General Hospital, and Member of the Joginpally BR Educational Society.

Smt. Ar. Prof. J. Gayatri Garu, Principal of JBR Architecture College, reminded the audience of her father-in-law's patience and perseverance in overcoming challenges, reinforcing the ongoing legacy of goodness that Shri Bhaskar Rao Garu left behind.
