Removing trust blocks

Removing trust blocks

Do you trust yourself? I talk a lot about trust. Trust is important and we choose who we trust outside of ourselves based on how much of our internal selves we trust.

So do you trust yourself?

Do you trust yourself to choose the right people, to believe the right people, to do what you say you’re gonna do? Do you break promises to yourself all the time? Do you trust when someone says, well done, I love youI careyou’re amazing? Or do you think they’re only saying that for whatever reason?

Do you trust that you will be able to do the things you say for yourself? Do you give up on yourself at the first notice? Do you promise yourself exercise plans, money plans, achievement plans, business plans, and then sack yourself off for something safer?

Trust is built from the inside out

If you don’t trust yourself, you won’t trust other people either. And if you don’t trust yourself, other people might not trust you either. So at what point did you stop trusting yourself is my question today? At what point did you stop trusting yourself?

I’d really love to know the answer in the comments. You can book a free call with me to help you get to the bottom of your trust issues, because if you’re not doing the things and you’re not being trustworthy to yourself and you don’t trust others, then actually something is going on inside. It needs to be outside of you.
