Is there a limit to creative experimentation in coaching?
In our Let’s Make Coaching Creative podcast series last year, Beth Clare McManus joined host, Maxine Bell for a fascinating and rich conversation in which Beth shares her experiments in creativity, which range from mark-making to coaching in art galleries. Beth advocates that all coaching is creative by its very nature, explaining the difference between creativity and the use of innovative tools.
Listen to learn how to facilitate responsible, creative experimentation that is client-focused and how to stretch the comfort zones of your own coaching practice.
