CHAPTER 13: Qualities of Mentors and the project to uplift the Global Society

According to the Vedic Advocates of Ancient India, OHM, HRIM, THTREM, HUM, FHAT, SWAHA is the Quality Mantra of a Mentor whether of Academy, Industry, or of a Social Mentor for Sustainable Development of the Mankind.

Here, OHM represents our Past DNA ( parental Philosophy)-the self-awareness, HRIM is the conceptual understanding of the quality of the present self rather being in heartily passionate. THREM means in cognitive realization of three consecutive stages of the subject world of cognitive science rather wisdom. HUM is the entrepreneurial know-how-the Mate ship to FHAT means to transcend towards Universal/Social benevolence-the SWAHA-to consume or for addressing a Social need- the real Entrepreneurship or Preceptor ship known as GURU in Sanskrit. It is the absolute state of freedom for being fit to be GOPALAKA- Manager of the Social System. A well experienced person can only role plays affectionately in Mentor Systems. Creativity skill is a state of Conviction and projects.

Collectively or individually, there are  mainly three consecutive value oriented Systems or Stages respectively of Social and Human development, Socially to mention, Vocational participants as people system, Mentor system of Republicans and Entrepreneurial systems of Democrats, Individually as Vocational, Mentor and Entrepreneur.

(The challenge: is that we the people of the modern society do not follow a contented approach for human and social development. We are in an enforced system socially in a desperate environment enveloped in pride customs of illusions individually. Secondly an all inclusive growth is totally missing)

(A Scientific Approach: A Project to uplift us globally in natural perspective, there should be certain Vision Mission Guidelines for our global resolution before we get into further specialization series in cognitive Science and Art, so as to enable us to think an application process. Lesson 1.1 : PROFILE OF THE PROJECT

A POST COVID-19 WORK CULTURE MOVEMENT FOR IMPROVED SOCIAL PEACE AND PRODUCTIVITY OF ECONOMIC EXCELLENCE

Real mission of life is to work for the Universal peace and prosperity developing the spirit of brother hood as members of one family sharing and understanding and collectively addressing the challenges. Unfortunately, the global society is ambiguous and stand disintegrated despite of development efforts of all the Nations and peace Mission of United Nations.

There is uncertainty, insecurity, immorality and economic imbalance all around. We are misguided unaware of Cognitive Education and misunderstood that purpose of work is for the accumulation of wealth and might. There is need to develop a proper intellectual society to save the mankind from going astray, which is possible only imparting cognitive work science.

A good holistic governance system with proper awareness of academic and industrial functioning in synchronization with Universal evolution is wanting. According to the Universal law, the given Work Science is Cognitive Work Culture. Integration of philosophy with intra-active know-how and cognition of essential resources with inter-active science of productivity for social benevolence by the self is the principle of cognitive work culture.

Cognition is the inherent knowledge (Science and Art) of universal function. Acquiring the knowledge in sequence, sensibly understanding and purposefully executing it for creativity is cognition. After acquiring the cognitive knowledge, one becomes the creator or the entrepreneur. Philosophy, Chemistry and Physics together constitute natural Science. Art is the methodology of purposeful cognition FOR CREATIVITY.

Unaware of this natural inherent scientific principle, mankind adopted stress methods and are swamped in sufferings and confusions. There is no self-awareness by Individuals and their roles towards the life mission. The cognitive Mission of this global NGO forum is to help the mankind with inter and intra-active communicative principles of creativity to lead a participative role IN GLOBAL SOCIETY AND THIS COULD BE ACHIEVED integrating Universities globally introducing Cognitive Science Research based Education and Sustainable Development Culture.

 Lesson 1.2: Networking Universities and Institutions under one platform:

1. Preamble- the Vision

The science and Art of human development is Cognitive Education. Cognition is a process of integration of Science and Art creatively for harmony and productivity. And Education is the Social Technology for improved quality and quantity leading to peace and prosperity. 

Science is the Spiritual feminine force of Mother Nature and Art is the spiritual virile power of the eternal.

In Universal perspective East is the Father ART and West is the Mother Nature-the Science and we mankind are in the South as industrious children, North being Academic informal preceptors, we have to link our social systems academically stretch towards North spread out our industrious wings in cognition with Science of Climate and Art of the Universe to design a POST COVID CULTURE to liberate us from all ill effects of pollution and from all sort of narrow social crisis. An all-inclusive growth plan of super consciousness enabling us to work together as one family is the Vision.

2. Concept- the Mission

      Empowering Higher education institutions with Cognitive Research for

       Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Education establishing research

       Chair for Cognitive Research in Universities and colleges are the first

       Mission.  Thereafter, interlinking Universities globally developing and

       Empowering Academies and Industries as its two Wings for the industrious

      Development of the people of the locality of the University or the institute, we 

      Have to develop Universities as cognitive links of the Universe on earth as

      Grass root level political units of social integration.

       A society of Entrepreneurs creating new enterprises, industries and wealth in

      Harmony with nature towards a new society where man will live a truly

      Fulfilled life in peace with all beings and democracy in its purest sense will be

      a way of life.

3. Application

International Academy for Social Excellence (IASE) (www.cseonline.org) is an autonomous Research Academy as International Development Institute (DII) of Cognitive Institute of Research, Training and Empowerment registered with Ministry of Corporate affairs, Government of India and affiliated to the NGO SCOSAQ and its international wing International Organization for education Development a UNO approved body for economic co-operation and education development (IOED) (www.ioed.in).

The Academy work with global mandates developing a three level membership institution (councils) of Academic Research Mentors (PDF), Entrepreneurs (PhD) research scholars and the People of Skills (as the Startups bodies/industries) establishing National and International network in the name of “Centre for Social Excellence” developing Research Councils/Chairs in Universities integrating its two wings of Academies and Industries enabling the University to empower the students and people of the locality to operates for their Academic, Industrial and Cultural development.                                            

And whereas

To facilitate the establishment of Cognitive Research Councils in every Universities the Academy create its consultancy research chapters interlinking Universities networking profit and non-profit Organizations of Industries/Academic/Business in every states in India and regional chapters in every nations globally to provide consultancy services with startup projects and technologies and arranging collaborations.

And whereas

The Academy work closely with government, non-governmental bodies (NGOs) Institutions, Universities, Professionals, Technical experts, Startup groups, Technology gardens globally on various Industrial/Agricultural/Farming/Energy/Food and Health projects and R&D related activities to generate employment thereby directing the global society towards productivity evolution and its oneness.

The Academy perform as nucleolus body for an all-round attitudinal and life style change and development of Society cutting across all man made barriers, which would also fill the huge void between the government and the governed and usher in all-round harmony. Its Endeavor is for a world devoid of Class, Religion, Race, Politics through Industrialization, Technology, Education, adopting Eco-friendly culture for pollution control. Chapters of Center for social Excellence will be replicated globally each chapter contributing to the development of the people of the locality it operates

The Academy being very autonomous Super Conscious Academic Research movement with Institutional membership of excelsior’s, truly democratic establish its research and Training platform interlinking Individuals, Academies, Industries and to get empowered as Research Academic Advisers to the social counselors and the councils - the governments Nationally and Internationally to accomplish cognitive HRD training to Teachers, Professors, Police and Defense personnel, Politicians and venture group training to managers/executives of public utility bodies like Banks, Insurance, Enterprises, Tribal and Rural communities development agencies and empower senior citizens and women entrepreneurs, re-orienting Ex-servicemen channelizing defense research outputs creatively for social developments empowering them as industrial counselors of peace and security  training them under Peace building Security Mission, empowering Ex-police force as human development agents training them under International Police Mission of Mentoring Youth as per Universal and Natural Principles of excellence and to have vibrant Socio economic industrious scenario initiates technology gardens/finishing schools for start ups, project related works such as assisting revival of sick units, establishment of new units/ventures on turnkey basis and giving all related support after its formations and further its re-enforcement taking up contact research work, quality certification, market survey, seminars, conferences to address and resolve the challenges faced by the global society and to assist the governments and its agencies for formulating policies for social developments and to create a productivity social environment promoting joint ventures/ Intergovernmental understandings to promote, Industrial Agricultural and Educational activities with emphasis on Human Resource Development prospectively, sharing National and International wealth as one global family of peace and prosperity.
