The following is my previous Amazon review from March 2, 2011 of Spiritual Growth Being Your Higher Self by Sanaya Roman
Powerful Spiritual Evolution
March 2, 2011
Words could only begin to describe how insightful this book is. This book has helped remind me why it is important to have a connection with your higher self. The following is some of the helpful information contained in this book regarding the higher self (I am directly listing the written information that I found very healing in this book):
1) The "Connecting with the Universal Mind" (chapter 3 pgs. 28-36) contains information that explains why the Universal Mind creates what you think about. I really appreciate some of the helpful and transformational information included in this chapter such as:
1)You can have everything you want that serves your higher good.
2)The more expansive your thoughts, the more expansive the reality your create.
3)Your imagination transcends this dimension and connects with the Universal Mind where anything is possible.
4) It was extremely healing to me when I saw the following on page 34: Don't accept your current circumstances as the best you'll ever have. Don't believe people when they tell you something is impossible to create. When you know how to create with energy and light anything is possible.
5)Believe in your success, Picture yourself having what you want.
I am very lucky in my life, and I have an abundance of blessings to be appreciative of. However, I must admit that I also really enjoyed the "Allowing Your Higher Good" section of this book (chapter 10, pages 98-104). I know that this may sound unconventional, but it was as if my higher self guided me to really be aware of what is written in this chapter. The following are some very powerful statements that resonated with my spirit:
1)No matter what happens, tell yourself the universe is perfect, and everything that happens is perfect. If something you were hoping for doesn't happen, know that something even better will.
2)Allow people to be any way they want to be.
3)You can allow things into your life more easily when you let any form work.
4)Learn to recieve all the good things your higher self has to give you.
5)The following written statement in this chapter really opened my eyes very much (it is on page 99)People who have abundance, loving relationships, and happiness are not more deserving or better than you. They simply allow more good things into their life.
A very strong and persuasive case is made in this powerful book as to why it is important to work on connecting with and being your higher self on page 72 of the "Moving into Higher Consciousness" chapter: Your clairvoyant abilities will increase as you become your higher self.
There is so much more helpful and transformational details contained in "Spiritual Growth: Being Your Higher Self". I have only presented an exciting preview sampler. I felt guided to share how I feel about this book because recent events in my life encouraged me to be aware of being in touch with my higher self. In addition, being aware of your higher self is essential if you have ever had to be self-reliant. A great companion guide to this wonderful book would be "Ask Your Guides" by Sonia Choquette. Like Sanaya Roman, Sonia Choquette has also helped me to be aware of my higher self (she even has a chapter on your higher self in her "Ask Your Guides" book). Overall, in summary I am appreciative to Sanaya Roman for publishing this very beautiful and unique book. I intend to reference this book for many years to come because of the very magical and mind expanding writing of this book. I definitely recommend this book if you know that there is more to life beyond what you see physically with your eyes, and are aware of your spirit's presence.

Much More Helpful Than I Expected It To Be
I truly feel very lucky to have via some mysterious and unexpected circumstances come across this kindlebook that is Journey To Heaven: An Insider’s Guide To The Afterlife by Anne Salisbury, Greg Meyerhoff, Penney Pierce (foreword) even with being aware of the freedom and luck that I already have in my current lifetime. For starters, I confess that I would like to live until I am at least 85 years old in my current lifetime, however becoming aware of my late adoptive mother passing away at just the age of 49 by the year 2002 and my late adoptive father by 2017 reminded me that however long I live is far from a guarantee and I admit that getting my hands on whatever knowledge I can easily find about the afterlife is at least a just in case and information for knowledge enhancement to help me becoming more informed spiritual wise. The chapters on the higher self, spirit guides, angels by themselves make it worth it to me. However, I also found the kindlebook a meaningful spiritual read via details included on where the author’s late mother lives, some factors that indirectly influence when a person passes on, key words and phrases, about the authors and more.
Moments The Author Utilized Her Disney Expertise
I am intuitively aware of how lucky I am in both my personal and work life, yet I am also logically aware that my career destiny involves working outside the Disney umbrella. Still, one of the reasons why obtaining this kindlebook that is The Ride Delegate: Memoir of a Walt Disney World VIP Tour Guide by Annie Salisbury (author) Bob Mclain (editor) appealed to me was because I had a feeling that this kindlebook was going to be an entertaining type of kindlebook that also balances the tricky dynamics of still being spoken from how the author was truly feeling. The author manages to succeed in both writing some amusing details while giving the reader a sense that she is definitely speaking her mind on what she experienced and learned being a Walt Disney World VIP Tour Guide. Some of the multiple features that the author covers: an experience that she recalls when she was 16 years old that indirectly shaped her career journey for multiple years to come, a sampling of some of the multiple items that the author carried in her tour guide bag, sometimes she would have a six hour day in the Magic Kingdom, Disney guests with their own private airplanes, 98% of the author’s hotels started at Disney deluxe hotels and 95% of those tours started at the Grand Floridian, explaining to some of the guests that the Pirates of the Caribbean ride came before the Pirates of the Caribbean film, the author’s explaining why she had to avoid actually riding Splash Mountain with her guests, the answers to the questions asked about EPCOT came easy for the author, and more.

Appetizing Pumpkin Spice Bread
I confess that my husband purchased this brand/version of Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread Mix (4 pack of total of 68 ounces) from Costco with money made from his current job place of employment. The pumpkin bread that I recently baked for us came through delish though I admit to also adding some honey, costco butter, and cinnamon sugar, to the mix that also called for some water vegetable oil eggs, and pecans (though the version of the pumpkin bread mix includes pecans). Fortunately, my amazing husband enjoyed the baked pumpkin spice bread and of course I am happy that he selected this choice of pumpkin spice bread for us to try.

The following is my previous Amazon review from June 21, 2016 of the The Party Is Right Here Cd set by Madonna
If You Are Open To Listen To Live Concert Performances
June 21, 2016
The Party Is Right Here cd set by Madonna is 9 songs on each cd. What makes the cd set a worthwile purchase is that the compilation contains live fm radio versions from one of Madonna’s musical performances of her 1990 Blond Ambition Tour. Vogue, Causing A Commotion, Now I’m Following You, and Like A Prayer are some of the live performances on this double cd set. The cd sleeve enclosed with this set contains information on Madonna’s Blond Ambition tour and one of the photos from her concert performances. One of the positives that appeal to me about Madonna’s music is that she is her own person professionally speaking, which is a factor that I have noticed is important to people in various socio-economic classes (many people myself included, aim to be their own person career-wise regardless of any level of support andor resources they start from).
The following is my previous Amazon review from June 11, 2015 of the song Sing by Travis
Singing One’s Way To Happiness
June 11, 2015
Sing by Travis is a very heartfelt tune about basically singing and/or turning to music whenever you are tested by life. The video to this indie rock song (currently available online) adds an optimistic slant to Sing because of the foodfight among the quests and even the chef getting drawn into the dinner party gone wild. I first heard this song around 2001/2002 when I was stationed in Japan via a cd compilation.
I admit that I had the chance to utilize the Takoma Langley Crossroads Transit Center (in Langley Park Maryland/Hyattsville Maryland) less than 9 hours ago in order to ride a bus to a Christmas Eve event that a spiritual mentor invited me to. Fortunately, utilizing the bus system both leaving from the Takoma Langley Crossroads Transit Center and coming back to this transit center was very easy and affordable. Luckily, the bus drivers I had on both buses were cordial and arrived within reasonable timeframes even with the timeframes I chose being on Christmas Eve.

A Good Bargain For What I Paid/Received in Exchange
The Great Food Truck Race Holiday Hustle Season 11 was fascinating to watch/take in even with the just the number of episodes that are included in this edition. There are multiple factors in this edition/season that make this an amusing watch including: each of the contestants share a little of their background when they are competing to help a viewer get at least a little glimpse of their culinary influences, the contestants getting justifiably energized motivated at the incentive to obtain the grand prize, one of the surprise V.I.P. guests that are introduced to the contestans in one of the episodes and the justifiable look of surprise on some of the faces shown, some of the recipes referenced in this show: lumpia with pineapple glaze, spinach and sweet potato, holiday stuffing fritter, holiday lobster lumpia, Colorado Green Chile Tacos, apple bread pudding, lobster fritter, the host of this show introducing specialized prizes for contestants who win over certain judges of each of the contests, and more.
Merging the Spiritual With Career and Personal
This kindlebook that is Clear-Hearers by John DeSouza(author) and Jason Quitt (foreword) chronicles the author’s life from his childhood years when he began to have intuitive experiences in relation to the theme of this kindlebook, all the way through his adulthood years. There are multiple moments in this book that recall him utilizing his intuition in both his career and personal life, in addition to a spiritual/mystical experience of certain details/some of the details of what the new environment that he saw when he unexpectedly had a sleeptime experience of his late mother and more.
Quirky
This song that is A Whole Lotta Rosie by ACDC has a high energy classic rock beat. The references to the measurements of the female gives a clue to the meaning of this song, in addition to referencing a very memorable type of person to put it tamely.
Classic Rod Stewart
This version of Da Ya Think I’m Sexy by Rod Stewart (1981 Rehearsal) has the lyrics and music that still accompany the popular classic just with a few words variation. I happen to have unexpectedly heard this version via iheartradio less than 2 years ago and I am glad to see this version available on amazon. This version is also entertaining to listen to and I have to credit actually first getting more open-minded to listen to this song after a coworker that I know from over 10 years ago mentioned a variation of this song to me about something we were discussing.
An Optimistic Collaboration
All For Love (From the Three Musketeers Soundtrack) by Bryan Adams feat. Rod Stewart & Sting appears to be some type of uplifting song theme accompanied by a happy vibe pop rock theme. I am lucky to have first heard this song as a 90s teenager through either radio andor television.
The following is my previous Amazon review from January 30, 2011 of the Future Trance Vol. 41 music collection, I obtained the opportunity to purchase this music collection from Amazon US by November 6, 2010
A Strong Collection Of Trance/Dance Tunes
January 30, 2011
I have had the good fortune of listening to Future Trance Vol. 40, and I was pleased that Future Trance Vol. 41 is also a good quality compilation. Future Trance Vol 41 has many pleasing and unique musical tracks to listen to such as in Vo. 40. Both Disc 1 and 2 had some good and energetic songs, but I did enjoy Disc 2 more. My favorite songs from Disc 1 are:
"Summer of 69" by TopModelz (an interesing remake of the Bryan Adams version)
"Heaven" by Manian
"Let's All Chant" by Straight Flush
"Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Naksi vs Brunner
My favorite songs from Disc 2:
"Love Is Everywhere (New Location)" by Westbam and the Love Committee
"Ride Like The Wind" by Michael Mind
"Waiting For" by Peter Gelderblom (a great remake of the Red Hot Chili Pepppers cover)
"Another World Part II" by DJ Shog (the music and vocals is very one of a kind)
"The One" by Sylver (this is one of my favorite songs by this group)
"Like Flames" by Twenty 4 Seven feat. Elle
"Power" by Shaun Baker (a catchy tune about feeling power within yourself
"Deeper" by Fragma (I believe that this song is about passionate desire from the same artist who is known for the musical masterpiece that is the musical track of "Toca's Miracle")
"You Wanted Love" by 2 Vibez
"Walking A Line" by Cane (this is my overall favorite song on this cd, it is a good song about what can happen when you get addicted to someone because of the euphoria and overall pleasure they bring into your life, and try as you might you keep on wanting to come back for more from such a person)
Future Trance Vol. 41 is a good cd to listen to when you are doing physical activity such as walking or running. This would also be a good compilation to play for giving happiness to yourself, and/or to play at a party.
The following is my previous Amazon review from January 27, 2011 of the Madonna Celebration collection, I first obtained the chance to purchase the cd version of this collection via Amazon US by October 22, 2009. There are a multiple number of thrilling songs on the collection: Revolver feat. Lil Wayne, 4 Minutes feat. Timbaland and Justin Timberlake, Like a Prayer etc.
Madonna’s Most Recent Greatest Hits Compilation
January 27, 2011
As many others who enjoy Madonna's music, I have pretty much grew up listening to many of Madonna's songs. One of the first songs that I can recall hearing of hers was "Like a Virgin". I admit that I was definitely under 10 years old before being exposed to her music, but I found her music good to listen to then and I still do now. With this said, I have to agree with others who say that more of her hits could have been included in this collection. Every Madonna fan has their favorite songs that could have been included. For me, I wish that the songs "Fever"(from her Erotica album), "Rain"(from her Erotica album) and "I'll Remember"(for the film "With Honors") would have been included in the "Celebration" collection. I would respectfully say that she has had enough hits to at least have warranted a three cd set collection, rather than just two. However, I still feel that this collection is worth owning because of the diversity of songs included in the "Celebration" collection. For instance, the music listener is treated to her daring 80's side with the catchy songs of "Dress You Up"(a song about wanting to express one's desire for who they are attracted to) and "Burning Up"(a musical track about having intense emotions for someone). There is also a diversity of good songs showcased from the 90's such as "Vogue" and "Ray of Light". Madonna then put out some more music in the 2000's, which gave some good songs such as "Music" and "Beautiful Stranger"(song provided for the film Austin Powers:The Spy Who Shagged Me). The best way to determine if you are going to feel good from owning the "Celebration" collection is if you enjoy any of her music from the 80's, 90's, and the 2000's (due to the fact that music from these time periods are organized throughout the two cds).
The following is my previous Amazon review from April 28, 2013 of the music collection Kuschelrock 15
Romantic Music
April 28, 2013
I first discovered this compilation of "Kuschel Rock 15" back in November 2001 when I was still in the military. Fortunately, I got the chance to visit Singapore during this time and spotted the Kuschel Rock 15 collection at one of the shopping malls of the hotel that I was staying at. There was a vast selection of European music imports inside of the mall music store that I spotted Kuschel Rock 15 at. I have had this compilation since then and carry happy memories with me on the multiple occasions that I first played these cds. At the time of this writing, a full track listing of "Kuschel Rock 15" is available on Amazon Germany under the 2001 listing. The following listing are some of the multiple artists featured on Kuschel Rock 15: Atomic Kitten, Uncle Kracker, Bon Jovi, Melanie Thornton, Aerosmith, Emma Bunton, Ronan Keating, Dido, Enya, Robbie Williams, Destiny's Child, Nelly Furtado, Jennifer Lopez, Travis, Wonderwall, and Britney Spears.

The following is my previous Amazon review from November 30, 2018 of kindle version of The Washington Post Cookbook by Bonnie Benwick and Phyllis Richman
Plentiful Amount of Recipes Included
November 30, 2018
I admit that I am fortunate to have had the chance to purchase a hardcover version of the Washington Post Cookbook from money made at my current job/place of employment on December 23, 2016 and I purchased the kindlebook version of the Washington Post Cookbook by Bonnie Benwick and Phyllis Richman at a much later time. There is a foreword by Phyllis Richman and information on her early 1980s career work as Food editor with the Washington Post, in the 1960’s multiple food writers were invited to contribute to the Washington Post food section that include Julia Childs,James Beard, Mark Bittman, Steven Raichlen, multiple starter recipes, poultry recipes that include lemon and honey flavored chicken and Stephanie’s Fried Chicken, peppered strawberries, and more.
Author’s Money Career Goal Achievements
Even with being intuitively aware of being lucky/blessed/fortunate in both my personal and professional life I confess that I am sharing some details on this kindlebook Ten Year Money Turnaround Transform Your Personal Finances and Achieve Financial Freedom Within The Next Ten Years by Matthew Paulson that I had purchased via Amazon by November 26, 2018 (with money made from my current job). I intuitively understand that it is important to avoid comparing my own money goals to some of the money progress stories I have heard about andor seen online andor offline and rather just look at those stories for idea andor action implementation for present andor future refences and I have been blessed to be making even more money this year. However, I confess that there are still more money and career goals that I want to achieve both to build up my money savings and to be a stronger financial provider/helper for my husband and I for 2020 and beyond. My husband lovingly treats me with much affection regardless of how much money I make and yes I do the same for him, however the ambitious/goal oriented side of me is determined to legally learn and apply what I can to do more to be a stronger/more prosperous financial money contributor in the marriage in 2020 and beyond (please know that this is written with judgement free intent towards couples who have a different money setup rather I feel free to achieve certain money goals for myself because it is just my husband and I in the household so I logically know that I have an abundance of free time and freedom to aim higher for myself career and money wise in 2020 and beyond). Fortunately the author in Ten Year Money Turn Around explains multiple factors that influenced him to transform and improve his money and career trajectory. He shares some of his goals that he had in college and after college and how both the elements of his career and personal life factored into some of what he writers in this kindlebook, and more. The author’s Ten Year Turn Around concept helps me understand and believe that I can transform and make even better my money situation within the ten year timeframe, it is just that I am going to have to obviously brainstorm ideas and plans of action during this holiday season to strategize what I can start to do, have control over. Yes, I do have some career and money ambitions already brewing in my mind including the timeframe/projected month and year timeframe I want to get some of the career and money goals underway, though either my logical andor intuitive mind is influencing me to be at least a little secretive/discreet about them for now for good reasons. One reason I feel comfortable sharing, even the most supportive people of your goals might far from respectfully agree with what you are doing if they have yet to give permission to themselves to achieve even similar goals that you are trying to do (maybe they might naturally care about how their social status golden person status/popularity among friends andor family might be affected and might unintentionally project those concerns that are actually within themselves). For instance, I have been lucky to have at least two people in my life previously admit that they too would have liked to lived where they want within the U.S. in a similar way that I have chose to). However, both honestly admitted that they have an abundance of friends where they are already are that make it easier to just stay residing/living where they are. Although I believe in the far from popular notion that it is better to follow your high interest and passion in living where you want within the U.S. regardless of job/economic status and even if the place is far from your family of origin, I can easily understand, have compassion/empathy, and sympathize with men and women who would put their passion aside in where they want to live and instead live close to the multiple friends they have where they already are because I have seen even some of the most independent people in my life care greatly about having friends by their side for understandable reasons. That is just one of multiple reasons why I must exercise more discretion/be at least a little secretive for now in both my career and money goals.
Suspenseful
I am very glad that my angelic husband rented this film Fast and Furious Presents Hobbes & Shaw for us to watch. He was browsing some films online to watch and was still deciding when I mentioned one of the actors affiliated with this film because I remember him mentioning that he wanted to eventually see the film when he found out about it being in theaters. Fortunately, we both mutually agree that this Fast and Furious Hobbes & Shaw film is better than we both expect. The film features two men who are put together to complete a dangerous mission and they are far from being the idea of best friends that many people would expect friends to be. Watching the beginning of the film is also very crucial because the action sequences at the beginning of the film foreshadow the theme of the rest of the film. The following multiple actors and actresses make an appearance in the Fast and Furious Hobbes & Shaw film: Idris Elba, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Vanessa Kirby, Helen Mirren, Ryan Reynolds, Kevin Hart, Eddie Marsan, and more actors/actresses.
Innovative Rock Song
This vintage yet also innovative song that is Operation Spirit (The Tyranny of Tradition) by Live is an alternative rock song that I first heard as a 90s teenager either via radio andor television (Mtv 120 Minutes? Tv show maybe). I was unexpectedly and recently reminded of this original rock song by Live that I first heard by the time I was between 14 to 16 years old. I still have yet to make out the full meaning of this song to this day, maybe I will look up the meaning tonight. Regardless of the meaning of this song, I am glad to have recently been unexpectedly reminded of this compelling sounding rock song.
Remarkable song
This self confident empowering energy of the Survivor song by Destiny’s Child is actually a fun pop/dance song that I first heard when I was stationed on a navy ship that was based in Yokosuka Japan by around the 2001/2002 timeframe (through the navy). The navy ship I was stationed on sometimes allowed some people to have some songs played during certain times at sea and someone requested this song be played and obviously the wish was granted because it was played across the speakers for myself and multiple other men and women to hear this song. I intuitively and rationally understand that this fantastic song has multiple meanings depending on who hears this song, I am guessing that part of the meaning of this song symbolizes having emotional resilience and self confidence in oneself regardless of what occurs in life.
The following is my previous Amazon review of the song Independent Women Pt. by Destiny’s Child from January 28, 2011. One of my earliest memories of unexpectedly hearing this song via radio was when I was packing my some of my stuff early one morning because my vacation was coming to a close and I was required to eventually board a flight to Yokosuka Japan by a certain timeframe through the navy (by the September 2000 timeframe I had spent some time visiting my late adoptive father and other family members before eventually reporting to Japan)
A Good Song About Empowerment
January 28, 2011
This is a very catchy and inspirational tune on what it means to be self-reliant. I remember the song when it first came out because it was being promoted for the newer version of the Charlie's Angels Movie (Charlie's angels is even quoted in the song). I like the positive theme to the song about learning to always be independent in all areas of your life, and of it being 50/50 in relationships. The song sends a positive message to avoid depending on others to give you what you want, and to instead find ways to obtain your desires through your own means (the group cleverly does this by using lyrics such as "the shoes on my feet, I bought it", and with mentioning how they even paid for the place they live in). This is also a good song to listen to for putting oneself in a prosperous state of mind. Overall, this is definitely a song to listen to if you like any of Beyonce's songs and/or any music from Destiny's Child.

The following is my previous Amazon review from August 8, 2011 of the music collection Café Del Mar Vol. 9
Relaxation Del Mar
August 8, 2011
"Café Del Mar, Vol. 9" is a calming collection of 14 songs that are very relaxing and uplifting. These musical tracks contain elements that combine the chill-out and electronica musical genres. My overall favorite song on this collection is "The Cure" because the singer of this song has beautiful vocals. In addition, "The Cure" seems to be about wanting to experience the blessing of peace in all areas of one's life. The musical track "Troya" has a carefully crafted harmonious blend of songs. "Café Del Mar Vol. 9 is great for anyone who enjoys the blend of electronica and chill-out music.
The following is my previous Amazon review from April 24, 2012 of the Very Best of Cher music collection. I luckily had the chance to purchase this music collection via Amazon by January 8, 2010 when I was still residing/living in Orlando, Florida.
Cher Originals
April 24, 2012
"The Very Best of Cher" contains some classic songs that have been popular radio staples. "The Shoop Shoop Song", "Half Breed", and "I Got You Babe" are some of the hits featured on this cd. I was surprised that "Love and Understanding" was missing from this collection. Nonetheless, "The Very Best of Cher" is great to get for anyone who enjoys at least one of Cher's songs.
The following is my previous Amazon review from May 1, 2012 of the song Love and Understanding by Cher
Peaceful Understanding
May 1, 2012
"Love and Understanding" by Cher is an intense song that contains a positive message of harmony in the world. The video to the song contains some good dancing and is a good fit with the "Love and Understanding" title. "Love and Understanding" by Cher is good for anyone who enjoys at least four of Cher's songs.

Makes Me Wonder Maybe of the Connection Between the Napoleon Mastermind Principle
This kindlebook Tribe of Millionaires What if One Choice Could Change Everything by David Osborn Pat Hiban Mike McCarthy & Tim Rhode is a creative fiction novel that (foreword by Hal Elrod) touches upon the idea that circumstances can miraculously transform overnight for the better/happier with the decision to tweak some choices andor plans. In a similar way that some others have noted, this kindlebook has the theme of being directly andor indirectly affected by whoever you surround yourself with. This is well meaning and obvious though this kindlebook is helpful in sharing ideas why.
Multiple IF recipe ideas
This kindlebook the Complete Intermittent Fasting Book by Amanda Lee is far from a type of last intermittent fasting kindlebook that a person would need kindlebook. This is especially because there is some info on intermittent fasting plans though different from what a reader might expect for extensive intermittent fasting ideas. Still, the author includes an abundant amount of recipes for the cheap price I paid for this kindlebook to include: eggs and salsa, exotic mango chia parfait, avocado guacamole dip, old fashioned almost like grandmas baked apples, salt and vinegar zucchini chips, strawberry flavored applesauce, clean southern sweet tea, and more.
I’m Glad To Have Used My Kindle Unlimited For This
I am very grateful that this kindlebook The Hunger Diaries or How To Lose Weight Fasting and Eating Well by Andrew MacKay was made available for the unlimited kindle membership reading. The author explains in the kindlebook some of the details in his personal and professional life that were catalyst towards his intermittent fasting journey. From the diaries, he also explains some of the famous celebs/celebrities who gave him the idea to try some of what inspired some of the details in his Hunger Diaries. This kindlebook is beneficial to read regardless if a reader intends to follow the author’s plan closely because MacKay includes ideas on how to go about keeping a food and exercise diary, although obviously some readers are going to want to be more private with certain details that the author writes about unabashedly. Still, I am glad to used my kindle unlimited membership to view this kindlebook and I would definitely eventually buy this kindlebook.
Very Inspiring With The Caveat
This kindlebook that is Unbelievable Freedom: How We Transformed Our Health and Happiness With Intermittent Fasting by Ryan Smith Kim Smith Gin Stephens (forward) traced a couple’s rollercoaster journey towards their weight goal targets. The couple includes plenty of details from each of their life journeys that lead towards their becoming thinner successes. There is also some detailed tidbits on some of the ways both incorporated the idea of One Meal a Day into their plans with room for slight variations. I wish them continued success in their journey, I just wish that a sample meal plan could have been featured on each of them on what worked for them, (maybe future editions to include a sample of what three to seven days of what they ate). Some details of what was eaten are helpful included in addition to a suggested eating window, it was just that I was hoping for maybe how at least a week to two weeks of eating would go even if far from perfect eating. Regardless I am still glad to have obtained this kindlebook and it is clear from the picture of them together that they definitely encourage each other in the achievement of their goals whether they are personal andor professional.
One Can Dream Even If For Fun
I confess that even though I have been previously familiar with the My Lottery Dream home tv show since the summer of 2016 (after unexpectedly watching and enjoying an episode of season 1 My Lottery Dream Home with my mother in law), I would still recommend My Lottery Dream Home Season 7 for a complete novice to the show regardless of how far or close you are from being a lottery winner because the tv show host David Bromstad features men and women he is helping to find homes from multiple parts of the United States and from multiple backgrounds. For instance, in My Lottery Dream Home Season 7 opens with the tv show host Bromstad helping a couple find a home in Montana where they already live and episode 5 includes a couple already living in Texas who are looking for a home in Texas. In contrast, episode 3 features David Bromstad helping a New York millionaire couple find a dream home in Florida. Additionally, episodes 4 and 9 also deal with people who are also relocating in search of their ideal home purchases, episode 4 features a lottery winner who is relocating from California to Las Vegas Nevada for their dream home search while episode 9 includes a couple relocating from Arizona who enlists Bromstad’s help in their shared/mutual goal to find a dream home in Virginia Beach Virginia to help facilitate them in permanently/settling residing in Virginia Beach Virginia for the long term timeframe. My husband and I lived in the Hampton Roads Virginia area from February 2008 until April 2009 and even then I found episode 9 intriguing. Still, My Lottery Dream Home season 7 is worthwhile to purchase regardless if you are a novice or have some previous familiarity with this tv show because in addition to multiple people from various parts of the United States are featured, there are also varied features on the life stages (various ages andor socioeconomic circumstances)of when some of the people came upon the pleasant surprise of their increased financial/money fortunes.
The following is my previous Amazon review from October 30 2015 of the music collection One Love Deluxe Version by David Guetta
Music Heart
October 30, 2015
One Love (Deluxe Version) by David Guetta features a strong music collection of dance, electronic music, and club music. I admit that my guilty pleasure songs from One Love (Deluxe Version) by David Guetta are Sexy (Feat. Akon), When Love Takes Over (feat. Kelly Rowland), Revolver (Madonna vs. David Guetta feat. Lil Wayne) and Toyfriend (feat. Wynter Gordon) because of the unabashed and thrilling melodies and lyrics to these songs. Additionally, One Love (Deluxe Version) also reads like a Who’s Who in the music industry (Fergie, Lmfao, Kid Cudi, Neyo, Will. I. Am. , Apl De Ap from the Black Eyed Peas, Estelle etc.).
The following is my previous Amazon review from February 4, 2011 of the music collection Hit by Peter Gabriel The two cd collection
High-Quality Peter Gabriel Hits
February 4, 2011
This collection by Peter Gabriel is definitely a collection full of great hits. Some of my personal favorite songs included in this greatest hits cd set are:
Solsbury Hill
Shock the Monkey
Sledgehammer
Games Without Frontiers
Digging in the Dirt
Steam
Lovetown
My overall favorite song is "Sledgehammer" because he cleverly phrases the lyrics in a way to express what he plans to be to his lover in a tasteful and unique manner. "Games Without Frontiers" came in as my second most favorite Peter Gabriel song because he expresses great talent in making a political message in how idealogies between different countries can sometimes cause a challenge in diplomatic relations. I also like how he wisely sings the lyrics in the song "Dressing Up in Costumes, Playing Silly Games". I also believe that the song sends a thoughtful and positive message about looking past the external appearance of someone and instead making a open-minded observation based on what is picked up from their personality and spirit. The greatest hits collection is a high-quality and strong cd set that is a good collection to have if you enjoy 80's music, Phil Collins, Genesis, pop music, and/or rock music.
Edgy/Innovative Sounds
I am fortunate/lucky to have had the chance to obtain this Future Trance Vol. 37 via Amazon Germany by August 2, 2012 (my first Future Trance collection purchase was by December 2008 via Amazon US with Future Trance vol. 45). Because of these reasons, it was an easy decision for me to experiment with eventually purchasing some of the Future Trance collections outside the usual greatest hits collections. Future Trance Vol. 37 definitely has a mix of club, trance, electronic, and futuristic songs by various artists, and multiple distinctive songs that I have discovered listening to because of them being featured on Future Trance Vol. 37 for instance track 20 on Future Trance Vol. 37). Overall, great to get if you are an eclectic music listener of various forms of house, trance, electronica, dance music etc.
A Colorful Song
I would definitely peg somewhere between the 2012 to 2014 timeframe when I first heard the self confident vibe type of club/pop dance song that is Sexy And I Know It by Lmfao. This is one of those fun songs to listen to that a person can definitely be cheered up by because of this song being a simultaneous blend of humor while at the same time being the type of song to listen to in the way of being a fun reminder of why a healthy dose of self confidence is better than the polar opposite.
Carefree Yet Still Good To Listen To
I have heard this song Party Rock Anthem by Lmfao feat. Lauren Bennett & Goo rock multiple times on both the radio and online since around the summer 2011 timeframe. Still this song is catchy to listen to multiple years later, a pop dance type of song that has the potential to grow on a music listener the more they hear it.
The following is my previous Amazon review from December 1, 2017 of the song Heaven (Myon Remix) by Jes
Euphoric Chillout Electronic Tune
December 1, 2017
I am fortunate to have originally heard the Myon Remix of Heaven by Jes around the spring of 2011. For whatever reason, I also would frequently listen to this creative tune around June 2011. Naturally, it is worth it to me to also have a digital version of this tune because of Jes's ethereal vocals and the healing electronic/dance music that goes along with the Myon Remix of Heaven by Jes. The Myon Remix of Heaven by Jes is the perfect song to get if you crave a joyful andor spiritual type of dance/electronic tune.
The following is my previous Amazon review from June 23, 2018 of the song As the Rush Comes by Motorcycle
Ethereal Club/Trance Song
June 23, 2018
This single As The Rush Comes by Motorcyle combines some of the most high energy elements of club and electronic dance music. The vocals give added life to the song and are performed by musician JES (some may know here from song such as Imagination (such as the radio and Myon Remix versions) and Heaven (radio and myon remix versions). The music harmonizes perfectly with the lyrics.
The following is my previous Amazon review from December 1 2017 of the song Captain of Her Heart by Double (special long version)
One of a Kind Tune
December 1, 2017
I must preface this review by making it clear that I normally prefer happy/blissful love songs especially to go along with the bliss and appreciation I feel for my incredible husband. However, I admit that one of the reasons why this song Captain of Her Heart by Double is the exception to this rule is because of the harmony of music and lyrics to go along with this unique song. Plus another one of the other multiple reasons; I remember actually first hearing this song during my senior year in high school at a grocery store that I worked at and for whatever reason the novelty of this memorable song embedded in my mind. There are other reasons I could list yet I am intuitively influenced to keep this review of the Captain of Her Heart (Special Long Version) short, sweet, and to the point. This song the Captain of Her Heart (Special Long Version)by Double is ideal for eclectic music listeners as the song has a fusion of multiple instruments to go along with the powerful vocals in this adult contemporary music song.
Comfy Coat
My sweet husband recently obtained this Weatherproof Ultra Tech Men’s Jacket Double Zip Hooded Water Resistant Coat (4 way mechanical stretch charcoal heather color/black color large size ) for me from Costco. Obviously, I am appreciative to have got this type of coat from his because both it is comfortable and holds up good for the rain. I confess that it was an easy decision to go along with his offer to get me this coat both because he has worn a similar style of coat to this before and I noticed it held up good during the colder weather plus he himself got another coat in this style in his size which obviously also told me a lot about this type of jacket for colder weather.
Taste Delish Cold or Room Temperature
My angelic husband recently obtained this 16 pack of 4 ounce Dole Mandarin oranges cups from Costco (64 ounces total). I confess that mandarin oranges are one of my top five favorite canned fruits. I also was truthfully indirectly inspired to start to eat these type of canned oranges much more often less than a year ago when I noticed a good amount of multiple coworkers and customers at my current job getting these type of oranges to eat(the canned mandarin oranges). These Dole mandarin oranges taste good both at room temperature or refrigerated though I would gently recommend trying them cold from the refrigerator first to see if you might enjoy them, the fruit juice and right amount of sweetness in the mandarin oranges enhance the taste.

Extensive Dining Features
This kindlebook that is Disneyland Dining A Foodie’s Guide by Jamie Nelson (author) Bob Mclain (editor) has a myriad of a variety of Disneyland theme foods/dining related references to include: glossary of terms to include character dining and mobile ordering etc., Bengal BBQ in Adventureland, Tiki Juice Bar, Tropical Hideaway, Harbour Galley, Hungry Bear Restaurant, Fantasyland, Troubador Tavern, Frontierland, Golden Horseshoe, Stage Door Café, Carnation Café, Jolly Holiday Bakery Café, The Little Red Wagon, Main Street Fruit Cart, Plaza Inn, Daisy’s Diner, New Orleans Square, Blue Bayou, Club 33, and more.
Brave Yet Fruitful Life Journey
I obtained this kindlebook that is I Moved To Los Angeles To Work in Animation by Natalie Nourigat with money made from my current job even though it is far from my plans to reside in California or become an animator. The last time I resided in California was around the January 2005/February 2005 timeframe before I moved to Florida by late February 2005. Rather, I have dreams to potentially visit California though not reside because I have dreams to continue living on the east coast of the U.S. for the rest of my current lifetime regardless of my economic status(the multiple reasons for my east coast U.S. preference are something for another post). Still, there are multiple reasons why I was drawn to this kindlebook one reason being drawn to the story of an author who bravely made the leap to another state in a career field that is far from traditional. It is common knowledge that even relocating for a traditional job to another state is a huge deal and could be a major life changer for multiple people, and the fact that the author both moved to another state and into a creative career field was definitely something of an intriguing factor to me (even though I harbor career ambitions that have little to do with animation). This kindlebook could be a fascinating read for someone regardless of the type of career ambitions they have because the author candidly shares how many applications she had to go through before relocating to California to be an animator, she persuasively explains why it is far from necessary to be a model type looking man or woman with a mainstream beauty ideal bodyframe to work in animation though she is respectful in her writings of model looking readers who may fit the mainstream beauty ideal, some of the multiple companies in California that relate to her animation career, some of the people she networked andor connected with during her career journey, interviews with multiple people who have worked as animators, and more.
Balanced Taste of Sweet Potatoes and Beets
This 6 oz bag of Terra brand Sweets & Beets vegetable chips do have an earthy yet delectable taste blend of sweet potato and beet flavor. I confess that beets are far from my favorite food in their uncooked form. However, the taste of these beets and sweet potatoes in these vegetable chips go perfectly together, and I am glad to have taken the chance in trying this flavor of vegetable chips.
The following is my previous Amazon review from April 16, 2018 of the song Killer Queen by Queen
One of a Kind Classic Rock Song
April 16, 2018
This shocking yet compelling classic rock song that is Killer Queen captivated my attention when I heard it on a Washington D.C. area classic rock radio station recently. The music and lyrics seem to tell a story about a controversial woman who would make an interesting character for a film, tv show, andor creative fiction story that is for sure/for certain.
The following is my previous Amazon review from July 23, 2017 of the song Dip it Low by Christina Milian feat. Fabolous
Reminds Me of Early 2000s California
July 23, 2017
I admit that I definitely was exposed to this stunning dance, R&B, and club classic that is Dip it low by Christina Milian feat. Fabolous via both local California radio and television in the year 2004. I still enjoy this push the envelope song to this day. The duet that Christina Milian does with Fabolous makes the song come alive even more. The instruments that I am guessing sound like either musical bells andor windchimes also add a unique element to Dip It Low by Christina Milian feat. Fabolous. I admit that hearing songs such as this are a big deal to someone like me because I mainly know about this song from my time of living in California (through the U.S. Navy) and even as an eclectic music listener it is rare for me to still hear songs from Latin American females from the early 2000s for a woman like myself who is comfortable with my part Puerto Rican and Menominee Indian physical appearance but who only knows a few words of Spanish(unless I seek out these type of songs I just mentioned online).
Off The Charts Music Heat
I truthfully first heard this push the envelope song that is Piano by Kiesza by around the late 2014/early 2015 timeframe from the music collection that this edgy song is based off of. From the bold lyrics/vocals and the lively electro-hip-hop grooves of this song, let’s just say that Piano makes her other brilliant Hideaway and Giant In My Heart songs very tame because hearing this song makes Piano sound like a song that definitely would fit in well on a steamy sultry type of music playlist.

Some Details Regarding A Long-Term Storied Career
With intuitive/rational awareness of how lucky/blessed that I am in both my personal and professional life I purchased this kindlebook In Service To The Mouse My Unexpected Journey To Becoming Disneyland’s First President A Memoir By Jack Lindquist understanding that my career destiny involves working outside of Disney yet still being curious as to how a long term employee of one of America’s well known companies thinks. From the memoir, it is obvious that that author treated his job/career with Disney in a way similar to a “calling” and he candidly contrasts how he saw certain events in his career by time he retires in the 90s to some of the circumstances occurring during his employment in the 1950s during the earlier years when Disneyland first opened. Some of the multiple events featured in this kindlebook: meeting Walt Disney himself within approximately 5 years after he graduated from college, being instrumental in being of the employees involved in helping to set up an event that involved Walt Disney and 1950s childhood star Shirley Temple, a former U.S. president and the president’s wife that author met during his earlier years being a Disney employee (Harry Truman and his wife Bess), meeting one of the major players involved with the creation of Knott’s Berry Farm amusement park in California (Walter Knott), being involved in the Disney publicity of a celebrity attending who was very famous during the 50s and had been in Playboy(Jayne Mansfield), some of the circumstances transpiring in the author’s life around the time of Walt Disney’s passing admitting that Disney’s death came as a sudden surprise to him, the author’s candid admission of some of the controversial circumstances he had to deal with (for instance how even he had to deal with serious subject matters involving sexual harassment from a report that he had heard regarding one of his top level/highly regarded employees), some of his professional work involved Children’s Miracle Network, some of the reasons why he voluntarily chose to retire when he did, and more.
Distinctive Moving Type of Rock Song
I admit that I actually first heard this riveting alternative rock song that is Pain Lies On the Riverside by Live during the 90s as a teenager either via local radio andor television. I admit that I then unexpectedly got into this song multiple years later by the July 2016/August 2016 timeframe and I have yet to make out/flesh out the full meaning. Something about this eclectic rock music mix and the meaningful singing with intense emotion makes this a type of song that stirs my soul multiple years later.
The following is a previous Amazon review from January 2, 2011 of the song Luxurious by Gwen Stefani
Overall Life of Luxury
January 2, 2011
This is a very upbeat and high-energy song about the rewards of striving for a life of luxury in all areas of one's life (financial, relationships, etc). It sends a positive message about the potential to getting a good fortune and good luck type of payback for a strong effort in creating a life of abundance and riches. I like how the references of the golden midas touch are also referenced in the song (such as when Gwen sings: When we touch it turns to gold. The happy message about how her relationship is improving along with her wealth is also creatively referenced when she sings: So elegant the way we ride, our passion it just multiplies. Overall, this is a very good quality song to check out if you desire to add a musical creation to your list that is about happily enjoying prosperity in all areas of your life.
The following is a previous Amazon review from July 23, 2014 of the Bailando song by Enrique Iglesias feat. Sean Paul Descemer Bueno Gente De Zona
A Lighthearted Love Song
July 23, 2014
Bailando by Enrique Iglesias( English version feat. Sean Paul, Descemer Bueno, Gente De Zona) also caught my attention after hearing and enjoying it multiple times on the radio and also through the feature of Jennifer Lopez introducing Bailando when she filled in for Ryan Seacrest on the top 40 countdown. This fun dance pop song appears to be about falling in love with someone that brings much bliss (I was guessing the meaning through the song lyrics I look at you and it feels like paradise).
The following is a previous Amazon review from August 22, 2014 of the song Rollercoaster by The Bleachers
Rollercoaster of Happy Emotions
August 22, 2014
Rollercoaster by Bleachers is actually a heartfelt song about someone singing in regards to a person who they were close to from the past. This individual left a positive and memorable presence in their mind. The singer seems to recall the carefree and fun times that went with it. I had previously heard their song “Better” on the local radio station DC101 and was fine with hearing it. However, it was something about the mood that this song (Rollercoaster)captured (when I first heard it through the same radio station) that compelled me to get it because of the enjoying life type of vibe that the song conveys.
Ideal cherry flavor
I confess that I obtained this Stonewall Kitchen brand of Michigan Sour Cherry Jam (29.5 ounces) from a Costco less than 7 miles where my husband and I current live. This sour cherry jam has an appetizing cherry flavor and went well for some of the amounts from the jar to be utilized for a dipping sauce that my husband and I tried with some breaded shrimp.
My amazing husband helped me find this soup
This 14.2 ounce can of Amy’s brand Organic Soups Carrot Ginger soup was delish and I confess to obtaining it from a market that my husband had recently told me about less than a month ago. The Carrot Ginger taste has just the right amount of sweetness with fully fleshed carrot and ginger flavor. I definitely intend to get more of this soup in the future.

Helpful Mentor Like Kindlebook
I preface this review by acknowledging my intuitive and rational awareness of how lucky that I am in both my personal and professional life. Additionally, I am both logically and intuitively aware that I am responsible for how long it takes to achieve goals I set for myself in both my personal and professional life. Still, coming across this kindlebook How To Be The Successful Person Companies Fight To Keep The Insider’s Guide To Being #1 In The Workplace by Connie Podesta & Jean Gatz with money I made from my current job is an important choice for me because encouraging andor helpful resources on increasing my long term employability andor learning more ideas about career success can sometimes be tricky to find online that are tailored for my particular career/employment/job profile. The authors are honest from the get go that the details in the kindlebook How To Be The Successful Person Companies Fight To Keep The Insider’s Guide To Being #1 In The Workplace can only help towards increasing one’s ability to stay employed/working long term in the employment marketplace and are far from a guarantee/certainty of a person’s likelihood of staying employed in one place/company long-term. However there were a multiple number of ideas that were eye-opening to me and some of the following that I do feel comfortable in sharing in this review: why a person would want to ensure that what occurs in their personal life is independent of what they do in ensuring that their career thrives and it helps remind me how fortunate I am in being married to an angelic/sweet/supportive husband, the analogy of an actor’s career and how this relates to other career fields, the obvious reason why a reader would also want to be aware of how to go about interactions with other employees regardless of their current professional status, taking care of oneself (i.e. allowing oneself plenty of exercise rest time etc.), aiming to be more creative, learning to enjoy leisure time, looking for leadership opportunities regardless of job title (something I admit that I am still in the process of working on/improving upon), a book that is referenced in relation to leadership, committing to lifelong learning, finding a mentor, keeping your options open, and more.
The following is my previous Amazon review from/by January 2, 2011 of the music compilation Ministry of Sound Presents Chilled 1991-2008 by various artists. I fortunately originally had the chance to order this music collection via Amazon by December 26, 2009 when my husband and I were still residing in Orlando Florida.
Ministry of Cool Sounds
January 2, 2011
I concur with the other reviewers that this compilation is so good. Every song on this three cd set is magical and very soothing (there is definitely something for everyone). The music in this collection is a beautiful fusion of various electronica classics from the time period of the early 1990's until 2008. My personal favorites in this collection were Sweet Harmony by The Beloved, Art of Noise by Moments In Love, The Herbaliser by the Sensual Woman, Eple by Royksopp, I Believe by Simian Mobile Disco, and Deepest Blue. There is a total of 60 songs in this wonderful compilation, and with this variety many who buy this collection are going to discover songs that resonate with them. This is good and uplifting music that you can pretty much play around anyone and/or at gatherings. It is definitely gently advised to give this assortment of unique songs a chance if you enjoy electronica and/or chillout music.
Dazzling 90s Contemporary Love Song
This song “When We Dance” by Sting is a calming and adventurous song that I first heard either television andor local radio by the time I was 14 andor 15 years old. The music appears tranquil/peaceful though the lyrics paint a controversial story. For whatever reason, this compelling song was on my mind before though I prefer to be discreet on when this occurred. The controversial vocals to this song are performed with much soul and intense feeling.
The following is my previous Amazon review from January 8, 2015 of She Works Hard For The Money by Donna Summer
Song Pertaining To What Still Goes On Today
January 8, 2015
she works hard for the money by donna summer captures the experience of the working woman that goes through the joys and challenges of balancing her daily responsibilities with the necessity of making enough money to pay for the essentials of life and more. The vocals to the song are also well done and I like how this song musically tells a story from the singer’s perspective on how she views the working woman.
The following is my previous Amazon review from August 10 2019 of the song Differences by Ginuwine
Happy Love Song
August 10, 2019
This encouraging and optimistic love song that is Differences by Ginuwine is an R&B tune that I first heard via the cd of That’s What I Call Now 9 from the Navy Exchange in Yokosuka Japan (when I was in my early 20s). The lyrics and music culminate in a song that appears to be a musical story of being in love with someone who influences in a positive way spiritually andor emotionally.
Spirited 2000s Song
This bold song that is Let it Rock by Kevin Rudolf feat. Lil Wayne is a high energy club/hip-hop song that I first heard by around the late 2008 andor early 2009 timeframe. I had heard it quite a bit on local radio in the Norfolk Virginia area. The energy of this song evokes a motivational making the best of one’s life type of confidence building energy.
Eclectic Mix of Songs About Money
I confess that I unexpectedly came across this Amazon music playlist collection that is Songs About Money by Various Artists. A multiple number of some of these songs are melodies andor catchy songs from multiple/diverse music genres: She Works Hard For The Money by Donna Summers, Money That’s What I Want by Barrett Strong, Rich Girl by Gwen Stefani feat. Eve, Glamorous by Fergie feat. Ludacris, Moneymaker by Ludacris feat. Pharrell Williams, Money Honey by Lady Gaga, Rich Girl by Hall and Oates, Lunch Money by Pusha T, I Get Money by 50 Cent, Get Your Money by Will.I. AM, Ka-Ching! By Shania Twain, Money Machine by 2 Chainz, Get That Money by Birdman & Lil Wayne, If I Had $1,000,000 by Barenaked Ladies etc.
Fair Exchange of Recipes Food Ideas For The Bargain Money Price I Paid
I admit that I actually purchased this kindlebook that is The Southern Food Truck by Heather Donahoe via amazon by January 14, 2018 (with money made from my current job though I do keep an open mind to both paid reviewers writers and amateur reviewers writers). Some of the recipes andor food ideas this kindlebook covers: a food that is themed after a favorite food of a late musician, a music themed Food Truck called Wrapper’s Delight, a place that features a recipe involving roasted turkey with cream cheese and fig jam, the author’s acknowledgements, and more.
Fair Mix of Strawberry and Lemonade
I spotted this strawberry lemonade flavored Sunkist 12 pack box (12 ounce cans) somewhere less than 5 miles from where my husband and I currently reside (hopefully it is ok to admit that I got this from target). I like that this strawberry Sunkist strawberry lemonade flavor drink has a good mix of strawberry and lemonade flavor. What also makes this purchase worthwhile is that my husband has also tried the strawberry lemonade flavored Sunkist brand.
Approximately 2 weeks ago, my husband and I decided to try some desserts from the Class 520 Place in College Park Maryland, I think the day we went was on opening day (the receipt lists around 214 pm on November 30, 2019). My husband chose the monkey business icecream treat ( he chose some pineapple and coconut pieces to go along with the icecream) and I chose the Strawberry Lady ice cream dessert (came with strawberry ice cream and I chose wafer mango and strawberry drizzle for the toppings). We both liked our icecream, the employees were reasonable, and I liked some of the colorful imagery inside the place (for instance there is a colorful turquoise blue angel wings background picture inside the place). I am lucky to have paid for the treats with money made from my current place of employment (though I do keep an open mind to both paid reviewers writers and amateur reviewers writers).
