I would recommend the consultation paper developed by the Risk Coalition on 'effective risk oversight in a changing world - principles and guidance for board risk committees and risk function in the UK financial services sector'.

5yAlex, thanks for taking an active and thoughtful role contributing for yourself, your company and profession to develop (the first?) substantial guidance for Boards, Risk Committees, CROs and Risk Functions.
