How much money did you make in 2023?

It might sound odd to ask yourself this, but your work is tied to earning money. Yet, its equally important to consider how much your money has worked for you this past year.

Reflecting on this annually is crucial. Think about what went well and why, and what didn't go as planned. How can you improve? If your money didn't grow much, its time to be honest and maybe make some changes. For me, 2023 was good in terms of investments - I put money into fixed income, real estate, private equity, and art.

These investments set the stage for future years. However, my expenses were high, partly due to inflation and investments in my branding, but also because of personal spending. Now, looking ahead to 2024, what will you do to enhance your finances? I plan to invest more in 2024 than I did in 2023, and to monitor my spending, and invest in self-improvement.
