The Role Of Leadership
Setting direction, selecting the suitable set of objectives, and knowing how to maximize the performance of a team are all aspects of leadership. This is also referred to as "vision" in business because it involves identifying what is important rather than figuring out how to get there.
Effective leadership, which also settles disputes and makes informed changes, assembles a competent team that is dedicated to the same vision for the target. While assessing each team member's continuously altering motivational impulses, the leader must simultaneously encourage, delegate, and, when required, intervene.
