The role of a spiritual Leader in today’s dynamic world

The focus of spiritual leadership is on the spiritual values and behavior, hereby attaining success for all at workplace and even home by helping identify a sense of purpose and meaning to what you do every day.

To define spirituality at work is to adopt an altruistic attitude to holistically improve performance and grow one and all, personally and professionally by encouraging interconnectedness among employees. The leader should create a conducive working environment for his team and cross functional partners while being compassionate.

Explaining this further with an example at home for a child & parent leadership. My daughter achieved success in sports. This was a long journey over few years in building her confidence and inspiring her spiritually to perform her best. The emphasis being not so much on success but in the beginning to only believe in herself and her leaders (parents) by participating and working towards excellence.

Similarly, at workplace without fearing about the future, inspiring employees to to give your best first shot without overthinking about the outcome. It is a process and make take many quarters to a couple of years, unlike a miracle. Its about inspiring and finding a purpose for your team one step at a time.
