Foam roof gone bad!

Roofs are like relationships, if you don’t take care of them they will deteriorate.

Sound’s pretty odd to compare an inanimate object like a roof to a very animate and volatile emotional object like a relationship. But think about it! Let’s examine two of the leading actions that lead to deterioration of a relationship and a roof.

Ignoring: When you disregard, take no action or pay no attention to a relationship it will allow little issues to become large issues that may not be repairable.

When you ignore your roof, small leaks become big and expensive leaks causing damage where replacement may be the only option.

Neglect: Abandonment, indifference, disregard, negligence causes deterioration to the point that the relationship needs to be replaced.

Neglecting your roof through lack of maintenance, allowing leaks to continue, allowing damage to go unrepaired, surface and coating to deteriorate exposing your roofs to UV damage will likely lead to premature roof replacement.
