A ROTTON NEIGHBOUR FROM HELL

Imagine sitting in your garden at home, and the neighbour tells you he does not like your friends and what you have in your garden, so he will destroy it all.

But he did not tell you first. Instead, he told your neighbours first that you were a nazi and had arms that he found offensive and threatening, so he had decided to visit you to resolve those problems.

Then the neighbour early one morning breaks down your fence and smashes up your greenhouse and garden furniture. Then he smashes all the windows in your house. Finally, sets fire to your home and kills your children and parents. He turns off your water, stops you from food shopping, and then demands you sign a deed to give them your property.

Whilst this is going on, your other neighbours watch and do not interfere in the conflict. Instead, they give you a knife and a gun and tell you to protect yourself. They take your sister into their house and feed and house her; she cannot return home because it is burnt down.

All you have done during all this time is tried to defend yourself and your property. You have not retaliated; you have not attacked your neighbour's home or his property. You have not sent bombers or assassins to retaliate against your neighbour's family. 

The problem with your attacking neighbour is that only one family member is causing the problem. He has lied to his other family members, telling them what he is doing is attacking your weapons and defences only. He is forcing you to stop being a nazi. He tells them you set fire to your own home.

So all the other house owners in your street decide not to have anything to do with your attacker, not to buy anything from his little shop; they sanction him and his family and friends. The local bank at the end of the road shuts his bank account. But he still keeps attacking you and has friends in another town who he has asked to help him by sending him food and supplies.

What happens next? Your rogue neighbour must pay you full reparations or all his frozen bank accounts will be used to pay reparations. So grab his car, his rowing boat, and those of his friends and sell them to raise reparations.

The neighbours should leave the sanctions for a minimum of twenty years to punish the perpetrator of the crimes against you. However, that can be reconsidered earlier on the removal of the culprit, admission of guilt, apologies, good future behaviour and if full reparations and damages are paid. 

The shame is the perpetrator's family must suffer for the actions and behaviour of one man. But they elected him as their leader; some even supported him in his atrocities.

The man must be tried in court for the murder of your family and destruction of your house and property. Really on an eye for an eye basis, he should be shot.
