2yThe challenge I see is not about affordable housing, it is about affordable living. Most aaffordable housing developments do not take into consideration the totality of the human existence, proximity to work or business, proximity to schools and markets as well as other social amenities are not considered. Land which is a major component of development it's often seen to be cheaper far from main city centers and so affordable housing development are done more than 40kms from center of business activities Why can't we change it to affordable living? Development of cities not just housing
