Renewed Russian Blockade Exacerbates Global Hunger Crisis and uses "Hunger as a Weapon"

The renewed Russian blockade exacerbates the already existing hunger crisis in Africa. Countries like Somalia and Eritrea sourced about half of their wheat from Ukraine before the war. Pressure on world prices will increase world hunger. Hunger as a weapon against peoples who resist the Russian empire is something Ukrainians know from their history. The Holodomor (killing by starvation) ordered by Stalin and justified as a response to "Ukrainian nationalism" killed in the history about 3.5 million Ukrainians.
