Russia delivers its answer to SMR and it floats as a bonus, How on earth have they managed to pull this off? The Russian Nuclear Scientist and Engineering Geniuses have surpassed themselves in delivering the worlds 1st floating Nuclear Power station. Rosenergoatom, took delivery in preparation of its fuel being loaded and eventually delivered to its final resting destination in the northernmost part of Russia (Pevek Chukotka region).
