RYZE vs MUD WTR: Which Mushroom Coffee Is Better?

RYZE vs MUD WTR: Which Mushroom Coffee Is Better?

I don't usually get caffeine withdrawal, but now and then, I accidentally overdo it. Sometimes, I start with one cup; I am on my fourth cup of the day without realising it! And the unfortunate thing is, I'm not kidding.

As this habit became more and more frequent, I slowly started realizing that the aftermath was almost worse than a hangover. The energy crashes make me feel more unproductive than ever.

Just like non-alcoholic craft beers and fancy mocktails on Instagram, there are many new alternatives for coffee lovers who want their caffeine without the usual downsides. You can now brew yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy more health benefits!

MUD WTR and Ryze mushroom coffee have gotten a lot of buzz. I've been using them for months, and I finally have a verdict—mushroom coffee is worth it.

But the real question is, which one's better? I will dive deep into Ryze vs MUD WTR before I give my verdict.

What Is Ryze Mushroom Coffee

RYZE Superfoods makes various natural products, like RYZE Matcha Coffee and RYZE Overnight Oats.

Today, I'm reviewing their organic mushroom coffee. It blends eight natural ingredients to provide a healthy alternative to regular coffee. I've actually done a detailed Ryze mushroom coffee review.

This mushroom coffee from Ryze is completely organic and GMO-free, perfect for those who care about their health. Each ingredient is chosen for its known health benefits.

What I Liked

  • It won't make you wake up at night or feel tired suddenly.
  • It's not too costly for this type of supplement.
  • Many people say they enjoy the taste.
  • Research says it's good for diabetics (I have a lot of that in my family)

What I Didn't Like

  • People have said bad things about it, from how it tastes and costs to how well it works.
  • They don't list how much of each thing is in it, and some things don't seem to have enough.

RYZE Mushroom Coffee Benefits

Boost Your Brain Power

In Ryze Mushroom Coffee, Lion’s Mane is a special mushroom that boosts your brain. It makes your brain sharper, helps with memory and focus, keeps your attention on point, and is great for growing and maintaining brain cells.

Get Energized and Stronger

Then there's Cordyceps in Ryze Mushroom Coffee, which gives you a real energy kick. It boosts your stamina and makes you physically stronger.

This mushroom helps your body use oxygen better and churn out more ATP, which is like fuel for your muscles—perfect if you're into sports or just love staying active.

Support Your Immune System

Ryze Mushroom Coffee also packs a punch with Reishi and Turkey Tail mushrooms, both champs at boosting your immune system. They help your body fight off infections better and keep your immune system in top form.

Helps You Chill Out and Feel Good

And don't forget the Reishi mushroom—it's known for calming your nerves and helping you handle stress like a pro. Using it regularly can dial down anxiety, lift your mood, and give you that peaceful, content feeling.

RYZE Mushroom Coffee Ingredients: Is It Healthy?

RYZE superfoods make various natural products, such as RYZE Matcha Coffee and RYZE Overnight Oats. Today, we're exploring their RYZE Mushroom Coffee in detail. It's the perfect option for those looking to lower their regular coffee consumption.

I've said this before and I'll say it again: normal coffee has nasty effects like high caffeine, mould, and mycotoxins. Adding commercial-grade coffee to your morning routine can actually do more harm than good. It's finally time to kick your coffee habit for good!

RYZE Organic Mushroom Blend This blend contains six medicinal mushrooms: cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, shiitake, turkey tail, and king trumpet. These functional mushrooms make you feel mentally and physically better.

They boost brainpower, strengthen your heart and immune system, and help digestion. They can lower stress and inflammation and even make you look and feel younger.

But there are some issues, too. The king trumpet mushroom hasn't shown clear health benefits, and we don't know how much of each is in the blend. Knowing if you're getting enough of the good stuff is hard.

Organic Arabica Coffee Arabica coffee is famous for its smooth taste and moderate caffeine kick. It's great for giving you a boost without the jitters.

Coffee is loved for its energy boost and brain-boosting benefits. But in RYZE Mushroom Coffee, there might be less coffee than in your usual cup, which could affect how well it works.

Organic MCT Oil MCT oil comes from healthy fats found in coconuts and is known for its benefits, such as weight management and improved brain function.

The amount of MCT oil in RYZE Mushroom Coffee isn't clear. This could affect how much it helps with things like energy and brainpower.

Organic Coconut Milk Coconut milk contains antioxidants and healthy fats to help your heart and digestion.

But we don't know how much coconut milk is in RYZE Mushroom Coffee, so it's hard to say how much it's helping.

Overall, RYZE Mushroom Coffee sounds promising with its ingredients, but the lack of clarity on amounts might mean it's not as effective as it could be compared to regular coffee.

RYZE Mushroom Coffee Price

The RYZE coffee comes in 30 and 60-serving bags, which retail for $36 and $66, respectively. This works out at $1.10 to $1.20 per serving.

Discounts are also available for first-time buyers and people who buy it in a bundle with the RYZE Matcha Coffee or RYZE Overnight Oats.

RYZE Coffee Customer Reviews

When I checked out the reviews for RYZE Superfoods' mushroom coffee, I was a bit worried because there were fewer than 4.0, too.

Some people who liked it said they were surprised by its taste, and it didn't give them jitters or mess with their sleep like a regular coffee can.

On the other hand, the negative reviews were more varied. People complained about not feeling the usual perks from their morning coffee. Others said they didn't like the taste.

But overall, Ryze is pretty popular with customers.

RYZE Mushroom Coffee Side Effects

If you're trying out RYZE Mushroom Coffee, here are a few things to remember. Some people have found it can give them a bit of tummy trouble at first—like bloating, gas, or just feeling a bit off in the stomach. It seems to happen more when your body adjusts to new stuff like medicinal mushrooms and MCT oil.

These issues usually aren't too bad and tend to settle down once your body gets used to the coffee.

There's also a chance of allergic reactions, although that's rare. You might want to be cautious if you're allergic to mushrooms or coconut. Allergic reactions could be itching, hives, swelling, or trouble breathing. If that happens, stop using it and see a doctor.

Some people also notice changes in their bathroom habits. Mushrooms are high in fiber, and MCT oil and coconut milk can mess things up in your digestion. It's usually temporary, but it might be uncomfortable.

And even though RYZE Mushroom Coffee has less caffeine than regular coffee, it can still give you the jitters or mess with your sleep if you're sensitive to caffeine.

If you're one of those people, it might help to keep an eye on how much you're drinking and maybe cut back a bit.

Give your body time to adjust, watch out for allergic reactions, and be mindful of how it affects your tummy and energy levels.

What is MUD\WTR?

MUD WTR is a coffee alternative made from organic cocoa, ayurvedic herbs, and medicinal mushrooms. It doesn't have the classic taste of coffee but grows on you.

It has less caffeine than regular coffee but still boosts energy, helps you stay focused, and supports your immune system. And the best part? It won't leave you jittery, crashing later, or messing with your sleep.

They offer four blends: chocolate, matcha, turmeric, and rooibos. This review is about their original Cacao blend, which was their first one.

All their blends are certified organic, non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free. And the mushrooms they use are grown right here in the USA.

Again, I've done a complete MUD WTR review, in case you want more info.

What I liked

  • It won't make you crash like caffeine does.
  • It has ingredients that are good for your health.

What I didn't like

  • MUD WTR has a bit of an earthy flavor that might take some getting used to.
  • They keep their special blends a secret, so you're not sure exactly what's in each cup.
  • But here's the thing—some of the stuff in MUDWTR is in there in such small amounts that you might not get all the benefits you'd hope for.

MUD WTR Benefits

MUD WTR has some great benefits:

Keeps You Sharp: Lion’s Mane mushroom helps you stay focused and clear-headed all day without the crash that coffee can bring.

Natural Energy Boost: Adaptogenic mushrooms like Cordyceps give you a steady energy lift. There are no sudden highs and lows like you might get with caffeine—it keeps you going without the jitters.

Boosts Your Immunity: Chaga and Reishi mushrooms are full of antioxidants that help strengthen your immune system, keeping you healthier and more resilient.

Antioxidant Power: Turmeric and cinnamon in MUD\W

Improved Sleep Quality: Even though MUD\WTR gives you energy, it's made to help you sleep well. It has only a little caffeine (35mg per serving), so it won't stop you from falling asleep at night. That way, you can wake up feeling rested and ready for the day.

MUD WTR Ingredients

MUD WTR comes in several varieties, such as Rise Matcha and Balance Turmeric, but we're focusing on the original Rise Cacao here.

Let me break down what's in it:

First, there's their Mushroom Blend. It contains four types of organic medicinal mushrooms: Chaga, cordyceps, Lion’s mane, and reishi.

These mushrooms are supposed to be good for your heart, brain, immune system, mood, and sleep. The problem is that since they mix all four, we don't really know how much of each you're getting since we don't have the exact doses of mushrooms.

Then there's Organic Cacao, which gives it that chocolatey flavor. Cacao is known for boosting blood flow and heart health and giving you a natural energy kick because of its caffeine and antioxidants.

Experts say you need at least 500 mg of cacao extract daily for these benefits. MUDWTR has it, but it doesn't say exactly how much.

Next, the Organic Spice Blend. They toss spices like cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and others. These spices can help with blood sugar, energy levels, and anxiety. But again, we're left guessing how much of each spice is in there.

They also add Black Tea Powder for a caffeine boost and antioxidants. But honestly, it's probably not enough to notice the effects you'd get from a regular cup of tea.

Lastly, they sprinkle in a bit of Himalayan Pink Salt. It's known for its unique taste and might help with things like digestion and mood, but the amount in MUDWTR is so small it's mostly just there for flavor.

Overall, MUDWTR sounds pretty interesting with all these ingredients. It's definitely a 200% better option than conventional coffee.

MUD WTR Price

MUDWTR currently retails for $60 for a 30-cup tin if you buy a single tin at a time or $40 if you sign up for a 6-tin subscription. This comes to between $1.33 and $2.00 per serving.

Who Is MUD WTR For?

MUD\WTR is for those who love coffee but want something that won't leave us crashing later. It gives you a nice, steady energy boost without the jittery feeling you sometimes get from coffee.

It's also super health-conscious. All their stuff is organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan—you name it. So, whether you're watching what you eat or want clean ingredients, MUD\WTR ticks all the boxes.

And if you're into wellness, this drink is right up your alley. It's got cool stuff like Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Reishi, and Cordyceps mushrooms, plus turmeric and cinnamon for antioxidants. So, it's not just about energy—it's about supporting your whole body and mind.

For busy people like us who need to stay on top of our game without crashing or messing up our sleep, MUD\WTR is a game-changer. It's got just a bit of caffeine (35mg per serving), enough to keep you focused without keeping you up at night.

MUD\WTR is the go-to if you want a healthier, more balanced way to stay sharp and energized throughout your day.

MUD WTR Reviews

So, if you check out MUDWTR's reviews overall, they're pretty positive.

The good reviews agree that it helps with focus without the usual caffeine crashes. But even these positive comments mention that some folks find the taste weird.

My Experience With Ryze And MUD WTR

As for the taste, let me tell you about MUD\WTR—it's quite a bit to drink. Even though it's packed with mushroom goodness, the drink ends up thick.

Ryze is a bit better in taste, but only by a little.

However, switching to mushroom coffee does give you a sustainable energy kick and prevents you from the many negative side effects of high caffeine intake.

I've been drinking RYZE and I've been less stressed, more focused, and even lose some weight. I'm happy with my RYZE ☕️ . I did make the mistake of drinking it after 4pm or 5pm and when I was ready to go to 😴 💤 my brain was too active (or focus) that I couldn't 😴 💤 at all. I also told a friend about how good RYZE ☕️ is, and then even start taking it too. And their A1c has gone down from 9.5 to 5.1.
