The Story of S-Liquor and FoodMate 

S-Liquor, the top liquor retailer in Cambodia, is celebrated for its wide range of high-quality spirits and outstanding customer service, making it a favourite among experts and casual drinkers. 

They've recently expanded by launching FoodMate, an upscale supermarket offering gourmet foods, organic produce, and artisanal goods. FoodMate continues S-Liquor's tradition of innovation and excellence, aiming to elevate the shopping experience in the region.

Partnership with ShoutOUT Labs

After exploring numerous customer experience (CX) solutions, S-Retail chose to work with ShoutOUT Labs to provide its customers with an omnichannel experience. They were particularly impressed by the user-friendly interface and comprehensive features of the ShoutOUT Helpdesk.

In the initial phase, we integrated customer communication channels for both S-Liquor and FoodMate into the ShoutOUT Helpdesk platform.
