Sand Maker technology in 2017

Sand making machine is the equipment which makes sand artificially. It can be impact crusher or cone crusher according to the materiel condition and production requirement. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h. We have been researching the sand-making machine for years, and we have made it part of the production line.

Sand Making Plant In Sand Production Line

Sand making plant is the equipment which makes sand artificially. It can be impact crusher or cone crusher according to the materiel condition and production requirement.

Sand maker is applicable to fine crushing which is one anterior step before material grinding in mining field, material crushing in industries such as building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, mine, refractory materials, cement and grinding, high abrasive and secondary disintegration and crushing, desulfidation of thermal power and metallurgy industry, steel scrap and builders rubbish crushing and other environmental protection project and production of glass, quartz sand and other high-purity material.

The Importance Of Sand Maker In Mining Industry

Sand making machine plays a crucial role in crushing minerals into items. VSI sand maker will be popular in crushing most kinds of mineral, cement, bauxite, glass raw substance, machine made construction sand, stone stock and many forms of metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite and magnesite with features of anticorrosion. In addition, the sand making device is much more productive as compared with other type of crushers.

Characteristics Of Sand Crusher

1. This machine is a new type medium and fine stone crushing machine developed in the 1990s and also the machine type that is widely used to replace cone crusher, double-roll crusher and ball mill in the world.

2. It has novel and unique structure and stable operation.

3. This machine is low in energy consumption, high in output and big in crushing ratio.

4. The equipment is small in size, simple and easy in operation and convenient in installation and maintenance.

5. It has the function of reshaping, and the final products are in the shape of cube and big in stacking density.

6. During the production process, the stone materials can form a protective basement, so that the machine has no abrasion and is durable in use.

7. The few easy-wearing spare parts are made of super-hard wear-resisting materials, so that the machine is small in size, light in weight and convenient in spare part changing.

The Working Process Of Sand Production Line

The whole sand-making production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, VSI vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h. We have been researching the sand-making machine for years, and we have achieved some great progress from the researching on the production line. The whole set of sand-making line designed by our company is the leader in the artificial sand making field.

The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed material is transferred to VSI vertical shaft impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing (Impact crusher). The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The stones with suitable size will be discharged, and the other material with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the secondary crushing, be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. This forms two closed and manifold cycles. Sizes of final products will be satisfying our customers' requirements.
