Saudi Aramco Careers for Fresh and Entry Level Graduates

Saudi Aramco Careers for Fresh and Entry Level Graduates

Graduate applicants are considered those who have less than three years of work experience. We funnel significant energy into making sure that our graduate employees have the opportunities and support they need to acquire essential new skills and abilities.

From educational and developmental programs to specialized technical training programs, to experiential courses, we build the capacity of our graduate employees to be ready to take on the challenges ahead.

The required graduate applicant qualifications are:

  • Bachelor degree or higher obtained through full-time study.
  • Minimum GPA for technical majors (engineering, computer science, information technology, geology, geophysics, chemistry, physics, mathematics and others) is 2.0 out of 4 (or 3.0 out of 5 or equivalent scores to systems used by the UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
  • Minimum GPA for administrative majors (accounting, management, marketing, economics, law, English language, public relations and others) is 2.5 out of 4 (or 3.5 and above out of 5 or equivalent scores to systems used by the UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
  • In line with the Council of Ministers’ decision approving the new regulations for practicing engineering professions, all engineers applying for employment with Saudi Aramco are required to officially register with the Saudi Council of Engineers, obtain the required professional accreditation, and attach any required documents to the registration application, to meet this requirement.
