The Scar

The Scar

🔰 Motivating forces behind all our decisions, thoughts and feelings by the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind is the structure of personality (Sigmund Freud). The conscious mind works on thoughts and perceptions, the subconscious mind is the memories and stored knowledge and shameful traumatic experiences also. The unconscious mind is like a “Pandora’s box”, it stores Instincts sexual and aggressive, fears, unacceptable sexual desires, violent motives, and selfish needs. These three levels of mind show an impact on personality.

💠 Knowing of other person is only 10%, emotions, conscious thoughts, decisions and interactions with the surrounding world all happen at the level of our conscious mind like the tip of an iceberg in an ocean. we rarely get the chance to look deeper unconscious mind of difficult emotions.

🏃 Hidden traumas

🙇 Complexes, Negative thought patterns

😡 Shame, guilt, Aggressiveness, fears and regret.

🐶  When a person experienced shameful or traumatic experiences in life, things that had been repressed in the subconscious mind and every time memorizing sad experiences causes many psychological problems, sometimes it will take diversions and shows the impact on their confidence, self-esteem, memory, concentration, abilities to do work etc.

🌞 experiences are like scar in life, some experiences are like scar lines in the water, it will disappear immediately, some are like, a line if you draw on the beach it will vanish within a half day, but deep scar on the rock will take long decades to vanish if in this case person lose in their lifetime achievements and personality takes diversion and some of them may turn in to mental illness, each experience shows their impact on personality. Some of them will forget (really it’s not forgetting it is repressed into a deeper level of mind it will pop up anytime in their life time) what happened in their childhood antecedents of exposure to unlikable situations but that impact shows on their abilities. These repressed emotions come up in daily life and create many troubles in life.

🍄 Consulting a mental health professional especially if you are experiencing trauma or any other bad experiences or low confidence, low self-esteem, memory problem, lack of concentration, not able to do work properly, not able to express views in front of group etc. Counseling therapies will help to come out of that suppressed emotions and helps to lead a happy progressive life.
